Very pleased with my recent purchase of a puffer coat. Arrived quickly, excellent price, item as described, all round good service. Its my favourite winter coat, very tempted to also buy one in a different colour.

Ordered a lovely coat that arrived promptly and on first impressions was exactly what I wanted. However, (and the reason why I have rated as 3 stars) after a few wears the filling started to make its way through the lining and started pilling on my clothing underneath. I returned the coat towards the end of January for a refund. On 17/Feb I still hadn't heard anything or had my refund, so I got in touch with customer services via email. I have to say it was a first class response and the issue was dealt with extremely quickly. I now have my refund. I will shop with them again as I appreciate the fact that they supply a lot of different brands, so quality of the items will differ.

I wanted a warm longline puffer coat with side poppers at the bottom and had been looking for a while. I came across a Vero Moda one which was on One Nation clothing website. I wanted the coat in time for my son's football match and luckily One Nation were quite close to my home and allowed collection which after an informative phone call to one of the lovely ladies who own the company I opted for. I paid and went to collect the next day. I had ordered a large which I tried on whilst I was there and was so glad they had let me do this as I ended up opting for a medium which was perfect. Since then I've worn it most days and wouldn't hesitate from ordering again from One Nation,love to support a local company who went the extra mile. Thanks ladies x

Beautiful and well made top. Draped neck needs good finish which is essential to wearing and this top has it. Good fabric too. Hangs well on body. Just what I wanted.

I bought the Ulrikka coat in Khaki and have had so many compliments when wearing it.
It is stylish, warm, water resistant and the right length for me, as I am petite. Two of my friends have also bought the coat after asking me where I got it from.

I have liked wearing the coat so much, that I bought it in black and Khaki again to keep and also bought another similar style in cream.

I have previously sent a review for this small Company which I cannot fault. My recent dealing with ONC was as always dealt with quickly and very efficiently. I had received a coat which was the wrong size and contacted ONC who processed a replacement before I had even sent the original order back.
The service of this Company is absolutely first class and the products I have received have always been of good quality and good value. I cannot rate ONC high enough.

I was “influenced” through an account on Instagram, to click through and look at winter coats. I found exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price point.

The coat itself is well made, not too heavy but is still very warm.

Size is true.

Fantastic company! I’ve ordered a few times now and delivery is always quick and easy with no issues and fully trackable. The clothes are lovely and great quality. I’ve used their exchange service when ordering the wrong size, which was again super easy and quick. The refund process is also simple, the only downside I would say is the postage of the prepaid label is deducted when returning an item, so i try and now only order things I know I will love and will fit! Definitely recommend as I have done to many friends already!
