Not only was this a total waste of time but also very stressful.
I had to cancel my bank card because they kept taking money out of my account.
Even the customer service replies to all the complaints on the reviews page here are from a pool of generic messages lol.

There are no real profiles of women on this so called dating site, it is total robot and Ai, when chatting one gets the same questions and even though these so called women are in the UK if one asks what the time is where they are just 40 miles away, they will tell you a compleatly different time scale, then they claim it is the different regional time scales. I contacted admin and requested a refund to get a bullshit answer and an additional month for free. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, IT IS A SCAM

They have continuously been taking…
They have continuously been taking money from me that I did not subscribe to. They took £100 off me the same day. Once they have your bank details they will use it to manor many more purchases and scam you. They also will not let you delete your subscriptions or your account. I’ve attempted to delete the subscription that they put me on and evrytime I tried it was still on and wouldn’t let me delete my account. Remove my account immediantly

I'll delete my review if the Company proves me wrong by providing the relevant proof.

It showed ¥350 trial period of 3days @350JPY and actual deducted amount was ¥4555 from my credit card 😭
Moreover, I received tons of user messages which turned out to be the AI/system generated text messages.
I'm 1000000% sure that the messages I received from so called users, were not genuine at all. I've checked replies from the company, and their words don't justify at all. I don't need apologies, I need my money back.

This company cannot improve unless they start over. I joined four days ago, talked to probably two dozen ladies, maybe more. After doing a google search on their photos, I eliminated at least 10 of those because they were fake as a 3 dollar bill. Out of those remaining supposedly in my area, 8 said they had to leave due to something come up. Of the 6 remaining, I made dates with 5, the last admitted to being only a chatter. Ok, now I have 5 dates confirmed. Out of those 5, 3 set the restaurant which happen to be in their state which is a oh maybe 1000 miles away where I am supposed to meet them in about 2 hours. The two remaining, I set the restaurant, they accepted and never showed up. I ate by myself, drank by myself, and they had a good laugh. I am through with dating. Not just dating sites but dating period. I have been a widower for 4 years and spent upwards of $1`5,000.00 and have not had one date yet. So all dating sites are fake. Every one of them has women working for them luring men in to spend. Gentlemen, join me in boycotting all dating sites and this may stop the theives.

It's a complete IT scam. Many girls write to you normally or strangely, i.e., through a bot/robot. A decent woman doesn't want to make a date, runs away from the conversation at the end, or deceives you or says she wants to get to know you first. 😅(It's a one-on-one meeting, and they want to get to know each other, not meet up.)🤣 They probably get some money from it, plus there are robots/fake profiles. They collect money from your pocket without your knowledge, and the account can't be deleted. If you use it, they still collect the money. Never register on this site. It's a mafia and should be blocked by state authorities.
You can explain it as much as you want, but how many times I reported the account cancellation, how many times you tried to withdraw money from bank account... I paid for one week, but you wanted to illegally withdraw money from Kat five times for the entire month... I reported it five times via email asking for Kat to be closed. Don't you scammers know what you're doing. Shove these inconveniences up your asses, you "IT" thieves.

Many sexy female profiles turning out to be fake

However, I experience that most (if not all) profiles with charming, sexy female photos seem to be fake. You can find their photos at websites in other countries associated with other women. If you ask them whether they are featured on the photos, you hardly get any more reply. Even if you have no photo uploaded, you tend to get replies, requests, offers from profiles with beautiful female and sexy photos. In every case in similar style, without any typo. Perfection rules, but cute photos seem to belong to other individuals in almost every case.
Company states chat communication works fine, and you can exchange messages smoothly. Yes, mostly with fake, scam profiles. The company expects the members to report fake profiles for free, instead of doing it on its own. The company seems to have customer service only in English.

Online communication (entertainment) sites posing as dating sites. Onenightfriend multiple times tries to withdraw a full membership even after trial period and cancelation of payments. The payment will be shown on the card statement as peg.pixelflickers.com.
The most of girls on the site registered on other sites of their network and they are hired workers (contracted employee) for online communication only. Many girls use a set of repetitive short phrases, sometimes generated by AI. Control questions (to check the authenticity of what was said) are ignored by girls or after that girls immediately stop communicating.

It was hard to even giving it a 1 star. Really PATHETIC. I entered everything, card details and who knows what. The next morning after payment and everything has been loaded I, went into the app and it told me that the site does not work in my area. This is a scam, I have lost a few pound, luckily not too much.
Should this have happened to you, just exit the site and cancel the card that you used to process payment. Then they can do nothing further.
I should have known, my gut told me, but anyways.

Absolutely horrendous. A blatant scam. After getting a 3 day tryout subscription, I tried cancelling. I had to call a number where someone who I could hardly understand simply would not accept my request for a cancellation. They said they cancelled my subscription to a different site which I never even signed up for. I even lied by saying I was married and I didn't need the site for that reason. She told me my wife would enjoy it also. Like seriously?? In the end after blowing my top, the only way I could be sure they weren't going to take more money was to cancel my card immediately. I’d give these scammers -50 if possible, you only have to look at the rest of the reviews to know. These scammers took 2 payments of nearly £50 within 2 days of each other, from a 0.99p payment for a 24 hour subscription! BEWARE!!!!! These are SCAMMERS!!!!! They reply saying you agree to t&c’s. Nowhere in the t&c’s does it say we will take £100 off you in 2 days via card details and even my bank stop the payments without my input, as they are scammers and my bank knew it!! Your reply means nothing!! Full of untruths!!
