well Mohammad made my experience great. He helped me and guided me every step of the way, eventhough it was a simple miss understanding in my end, i contacted him and he solved my problem in a professional manner

After waiting for a month and hundreds of emails and messages, the same s*** overpromise and never deliver MY PAYOUT. TJR goes out and buys a new Rolls Royce new stuff expensive restaurants etc, but fails to payout his traders, goes to show how much of a scam they are, they make it seem like they are there for traders, WHAT A LOAD OF S*** PAY US OUT THEN IF YOU CARE ABOUT TRADERS!!! SO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ONLY HELP IF YOURE SPENDING MONEY BUT WHEN ITS TIME TO GET YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE!!! THEY VALUE MONEY OVER PEOPLE THEY HAVE NO MORALS OR ETHICS JUST STRAIGHT UP SCAM ARTISTS.

Great help from the team Taha helping me set my account up. And as for TJR the goat. Helping me with my trading career through bootcamps to daily lives this guy has changed my life! One of the best prop firms in the game!

Had a problem, Mohammad from support helped me straight up to solve it.

i couldn’t sign in to the platform using the given details, went in contact with Mohammed, the guy reply’s within a tick and solves the problem with ease.

Mohammed was very helpful when it came, to having account issues he was able to resolve this issue fairly quickly and was able to get my account back.

I have been waiting since the 8th of June for my payout, now it has been 4 months and 2 days counting and still no sight of my payout I keep getting told that they will shortly pay it but 4 months and 2 days doesn’t seem very “shortly” to me. Horrible Propfirm, horrible customer service, horrible to loyal customer. Just because it is promoted by someone that is big like TJR doesn’t mean that it is good, Go buy from FTMO or ACG you will have a much more pleasant experience.

This experiences with the support team has been more that perfect, replies approximately after 1 or 2 minutes after I send the emails, in special to Owen. Thank you.

Owen, I want to say more then Thankyou to you. Every issue I have within my funded account you are there to message me within seconds expelling what I have done wrong and what I need to do. Aswell as this you are always very helpful in finding solutions and reassuring me that I shouldn’t worry. one of one really have the best service and people working.

Don't invest your money in this scam propfirm. We all know you watched TJR and want to go with this propfirm. Don't do it! Months of waiting for payout (if they even do) and bad customer support that only communicate trough e-mail. Discord is a fuckfest and overall it's NOT!!!!!!!! worth your money. Be ready to lose it.

Customer service is great. Always a quick and good answer. Mohammad was very helpful. Truly a trustworthy company!

I'm happy with the customer service, Owen went above and beyond and really helped me out in retrieving my account details, I changed my pw and couldn't get access to my Dx Trade account and he managed to resolve this issue swiftly and promptly. Big shout out to Owen, Your a legend

4.2 Stars for 1of1 is very outrageous. Many of this 5 star reviews are for the support which is pretty fast in answering your questions. The major problem is that (if you have a tradelocker account, idk how it is on meta or dx) you have no ETA for the payment of your payout. Im waiting for a month now and all they say is that the majority of the payout will be paid in the week we are. Never gonna buy a challenge again and if i would be you i would also never
