Had an issue regarding getting a reset password link, I was requesting the link but nothing was being sent. I contacted support thinking it would be a tedious and long-some procedure lo and behold Dylan and Taha sorted my issue within 5 minutes. Amazing support.

Company breached my account without me even trading for over 5months due to waiting for my withdrawal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???????? Do not go to them, scam company that I ever seen!!!!!!!

Wish 0 stars was an option. They have no money and haven’t paid out some of their customers since April 2024, I’ve been waiting since October 2nd 2024. Terrible support team they always take everything as a joke, spam you in the chat with memes and just never help when it actually matters. This morning they banned me from the discord group and shut down my 50k live account and deleted my payout. Absolutely insane that people have no soul to do this to another human, but the staff at 1of1funding must be getting paid lots by the owners for staying quiet about it all. Anytime you ask how long it will be until payout, they say the same robotic response and mute you for 24 hours. DO NOT USE THIS PONZI COMPANY!!!!

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience

I had high hopes when I signed up with 1of1, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. After completing their evaluation process and earning a payout of $6,869, I was excited to continue trading with them. However, when it came time to process my payout, they outright rejected it by saying that my IP was pinged from Greece to UK within 5 minutes even though without providing any clear justification, even though I told their support team that I was travelling in Greece a month before that using my UK data roaming in Greece but they have done absolutely nothing about it.

To make matters worse, after I reached out to their support team multiple times for an explanation, they completely ghosted me. No responses, no updates—just silence. It’s infuriating to see a company that markets itself as a legitimate prop firm act so unprofessionally.

Their lack of communication and refusal to honor payouts suggests either incompetence or outright dishonesty. If you’re considering joining this firm, I’d strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Trustworthy firms honor their commitments and respect their traders. Unfortunately, 1of1 seems to lack both integrity and accountability.

Firm is a joke, you will NEVER get payed out. All the 5 star reviews are saying that customer service is great. Well that's only because they beg you to give them a 5 star review and call them a good boy lmao. 100% of the people who buy into the firm are losers because even the winners never get payed out. Its been a month and counting now since I've requested my payout. If you want a reliable firm just switch over to Topstep, they make requesting payouts simple and dont have customer service that just lies to you.

The support of 1of1 is always there to help you with anything. Greatest prop firm so far.

I have passed and requested payout for a challenge over 4 weeks ago, i still have not heard anything, all I get told is the same generic answer 'there are people ahead of you' if I was aware of this issue, I would've never signed up. Honestly I do not recommend ANYONE using this prop firm, there are plenty better out there.

Opens and closes trades at wrong prices. Fees for trades are higher than usual.

Waiting 6 months, and counting, on 2 payouts. Got max funded here in April then requested 2 payouts that I’m still waiting on….. Absolute disaster of a firm, this messed up my entire year

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with 1of1. After dedicating time, effort, and genuine intent to participate in a trading challenge with them, I found my payout denied and my account blocked over a minor technicality. Despite my efforts to comply with all their requirements and my willingness to resolve any misunderstandings, 1of1’s response has been inflexible and dismissive. Rather than working with me to address an honest issue, they chose to shut down my account and deny me the funds I rightfully earned.

To make matters worse, they rejected my payout without providing a valid reason, leaving me in the dark and questioning their transparency and integrity. This lack of explanation and unwillingness to support their users raises serious doubts about the company’s legitimacy. It’s hard not to see 1of1 as a scam that misleads its users and fails to honor its promises.

I had initially planned to positively promote 1of1 through various platforms, even creating content to highlight my journey with them. Now, I feel compelled to share my negative experience and caution others in the trading community against joining a company that seems unwilling to support or understand their users. This situation reflects a severe lack of transparency, customer support, and flexibility. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend 1of1 to anyone looking for a reliable and fair trading partner.

All these reviews are just talking about how good the support is to talk to, lol. None of these reviews confirm whether they've actually been paid out or not, because they don't. The support team just help you with logging in or navigating the website, and then beg for a 5 star review mentioning their name, hilarious.
