Good experience with one pass
It's good to have extra points for each purchase but more important to have extended time (one year) to return items specially when you have little ones, in addition to quick delivery. Really happy with one pass.

I don't like the fact that I can't see the points added when I scan my card and it sometimes doesn't reflect on the flybuys app or on the one pass app so I never know if I'm getting my bonus points

To earn 5x Flybuys points, simply scan your OnePass card at Target, Kmart, Bunnings Warehouse, and Officeworks. If you prefer to scan your Flybuys card, either card will earn you bonus points! Beyond points, scanning your OnePass card also tracks your in-store activity and generates receipts, making returns and exchanges easier (as long as the receipt has a scannable barcode).
Bonus Flybuys points can take up to 72 hours to appear in your Flybuys account. They’ll appear separately from your standard points. If it’s been more than 72 hours and you still don’t see your bonus points, please contact Flybuys directly. Don’t forget to have your receipt handy 🧾

OK…where to begin
OK…where to begin! The APP is total crap. It continuously signs you out and won’t let you sign back in, hence I’ve lost many, many bonus points.
I won’t be renewing as there is no incentive because the points cannot be claimed if you don’t scan your OnePass…a physical card, like the FB card would ensure nothing is lost. You just don’t cater to older Australians…so until your APP improves I’ll spend my money elsewhere…

Good value for money
Great to be able to buy one or two things, that are not local, and have them sent to you. For free (with subscription). i like the promotional emails telling me of upsized points. I don't recall any members offers. I had a promotional rate of $20 a year, which is fantastic. I don't use it often enough to justify twice that.
I also love the extra flybuys points.
