Its a well built machine
Its a well built machine which does feel good for its price. However the issue i have is with its misleading shipping. It calls its shipping ‘free 48 hour’ which leads to you thinking its a 2 day delivery when in reality its 7-10 days. Otherwise its a great product.

Excellent gun and service
The Physion pro massage gun is excellent. I ordered it and it was received in just over 5 days. I ordered an additional attachment but this didn't arrive with the package. I messaged support and they instantly looked into this for me and it's now on its way to be delivered. The customer service is excellent and the product the same. Thank you.

paid for the massager for a whole month they didn’t send . for a long time wrote support then, they started to answer they sent cliched letters convinced that they were already sending the goods, but after a month and a half it turned out that they couldn’t send. very primitive software! How can I withdraw money if you can’t send the goods ?! the service is very low quality

Massage gun wouldn't charge
The Massage gun wouldn't charge and wouldn't switch on. I emailed the support team, they responded and asked for a video showing the issue - I responded immediately and they are now ignoring me. I have chased them with emails multiple times but no reply from them. Awful customer service. Take peoples money but no service at all.

Once reviewed, our technical advised that they would be sending a replacement, which we advised you of, but as you informed us that a charge back had now been initiated we are unable to dispatch a replacement until the charge back investigation has been completed.

I have to say I brought this product solely for my horses use after exercise to help his recovery rate and apart from him absolutely loving the feeling it works brilliantly if definitely buy again when the time comes

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. Order process was fine but the product has been delivered to a completely different address. Fair enough, this was Royal Mail's fault. But when contacting OnePhysion (who's responsibility it is to make a RM claim and deliver my order) i've had nothing but extremely slow brush offs and useless customer support. Would avoid any dealings.

Ordered the pro gun
Ordered the pro gun, stand and accessories a week ago. After 4 emails trying to find out where my order was, i finally got a response saying they didn't know and the logistics team will be in touch.
I then get an email saying my delivery will be another 28 days but could be more!!!! That's a funny 48hour delivery service. No apology, nothing.
I have since sent 4 more emails without any response as I want to cancel my order and get a refund as I run a fitness buisness and need it sooner than the 20th October!!!!

Exact same issue as others - avoid this one
Exact same issue as others, ordered on the basis of 48hour delivery but almost a week has passed and they don't reply on email, instagram or messenger. I only want to know when they will post it. Thankfully as i've paid through Klarna I should have buyer protection so can cancel the order after a certain date. Dreadful customer experience.
Update: no replies to any email or instagram messages. But did get sent a tracking number that so far does not exist. The only communication I've had from the has ironically come off here requesting more information. I guess they just want to comment that its now been dispatched but until i can confirm tracking it will be a stalling tactic. One physion- if you want more information check your support@ email and reply to me on there. You have till Monday to deliver the goods before I raise a dispute.
Seriously, do not buy from these.

Best of the Bunch
I've had a few of these massage guns, and paid similar price for each one. This is by for the best. small, quiet, easy controls. It doesn't cut out and is also very light. The best electrical gadget ive ever bought. It massages my entire muscle system.

First time ive made a purchase from One Physion… promised me 48 hours delivery. Its now been 4 days and the only way to chase up delivery is by email. I have now emailed twice and still no reply. So I cant comment on the product just yet but the ordering process and chasing the order up is certainly not a good experience.

Avoid, Not received my item.
Not received my item.
When I ordered it stated the item would be delivered in short time period. However then received a tracking number for my item in China. Wanted to cancel and refund but they wouldn’t allow me to. Waited for the delivery and got a single attachment and no gun. Their customer service isn’t great either. Looking to have to go to the bank for a refund.

Fantastic product!
I was worried after ordering as i saw all the bad reviews however, so far I am very pleased! Fast delivery (48 hours as advertised) and love the product. I have been suffering with awful pain from tense muscles as a result of stress and after a couple of uses they have already eased significantly!

Don’t buy this product
Don’t buy this product! I used mine possibly 8 times in the year I owned it (while it did as advertised admirably this is not the issue). Just after 1 year old it stopped working! I contacted one physion and the customer support answer was ‘it’s out of warranty you need to buy another’. I paid a bit extra to have a uk company I thought I could rely on for help but no . You would be better buying one of the cheaper units as then if they break you won’t mind buying another!!
