OVERPRICED, UNOFFICIAL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Tried to cancel my order after finding out they were charging 20 more dollars for a product than the same one on Amazon. Not to mention 15 business days shipping since it’s shipped directly from China. Sent complaint to customer service and they tried to tell me that I couldn’t cancel my order since it was already shipped. Which is COMPLETE BS because it says the order is still PENDING on the order tracker. Classless scam of a website that profits from taking advantage of people. Should I have done research before buying from this website? Yes. Does it matter? No. Bottom line is these people are disgusting and don’t deserve to run a business. Pathetic.

Wrong item shipped

Sent wrong cards and claimed they were what I ordered. I have a screen captured image of what I ordered and it's not what they sent. Was never advised of a variation by them, else would have cancelled. Do not deal with these people. Not an official store obviously.
