Great place to work at, ideal for extra income

I recently encountered a salary-related issue, but it was resolved promptly thanks to my manager, Jon, who stepped in and ensured that I received the correct pay. I truly appreciate having a manager who is supportive, responsive, and committed to addressing concerns efficiently. His approach makes it much easier to navigate challenges as they arise.

Overall, my experience so far has been very positive. Like any organization, there are occasional ups and downs, which are entirely normal. However, the supportive environment and effective leadership make a significant difference in maintaining a strong and constructive workplace experience.

Onepilot have improved CSAT whilst cutting our costs in half

Onepilot have completely transformed our customer service.

Since launching with OnePilot last year we have 1. Reduced time spent on customer issues internally by over 80%. 2. Onepilot have reduced the time to respond to customers by over 100%. 3. Our customers are (almost) always satisfied with their experience with us AND 4. We've cut our Customer Service spend in half.

Not only that, they are a really lovely team to work with (shout out to Harry!)

Would highly reccommend!
