Haven´t it been for the problematic payment with Paypal (didn´t work at all even with multiple tries) I would have given a higher rating. However when switching to creditcard it worked as a charm, and I got my code directly and could start downloading right away.

For this to be a 5 star experience there needs to be better spelling overall on the site (Swedish), working Paypal, show PCI compliance better,

I ordered The Division from them and have been waiting 5 hours now. No key. It seems that they either don't work on weekends or they're out partying. If it's any of the latter, at least, tell your buyers in checkout you don't send orders on the weekend. It took 8 hours to receive my code when they say it's instant. I will never buy from this site again ever. they may be legit, but the money you save vs the time you have to wait is just unacceptable
2021 Update: I was right in 2016 and I’am right in 2021 they are/were a scam site do not use.

Cheap games and you often get the key quick, but the fact that they put extra games in your basket and you can't return them if you miss to remove them is really bad against customers.

i never had any problem with oneplay, and i have been talkning with there supports once, and they are super easy to talk to and really fast to respons

Since I am a very busy person I only have time to play games on weekends. So I ordered the game Saturday night. I had ordered a game before that I got within 15 min. I ordered this game with the same method. But I didn't get it and when I talked to the support they said there was a problem with the automatic pay system. That my payment was deemed "risky", which I thought was weird because it was the same payment method, same PayPal account as the first time. However, the support guy was very friendly. And even though I needed to wait two days, I wouldn't call them a scam company like some people do. They are genuine and offer the real deal. When I got the game key it worked immediately to use on steam. Overall, I would order from them again. Edit: I have not ordered from the again since I found a similar site with cheaper prices where I got the codes immediately.

Purchased a code for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Got it as promised 1 day before the game was realized. Downloaded via STEAM without any problems, took about 4 hours, but it depends on my internet connection speed, and the speed and how many users on the download server, not on One Play.

Had mixed feelings about buying from these guys due to the negative feedback. However, I got my code within 10 seconds after purchase and to the lowest price on market. 5/5, simple, easy and smooth.

I hate myself for using these guys. Have waited forever and still no key despite contacting support. Do not buy from here.

I have paid for a serial that works, but the one provided by oneplay is not valid! The support of the site has ask me to provide them with screenshots of the key, and the error in steam, and so i have done.
Now they say that i have to contact steam as it appears to be valid.
Steam says NO, it is not a valid key.
So i have paid for something, but i got nothing!
Poor support, poor service and just poor handling of the issue at hand!

This is my fourth game I have purchased through oneplay.com and it simply works. There is often some good discounts also on new games and while it sometimes feel like a long time before the code is sent for you to play the game, I think the prices makes up for it.

All in all I cannot complain, as for now everything works. A+

Purchased multiple times through their website and never with a doubt in my mind. It's simply cheap, fast and reliable.

Though I haven't got any experience on their customer support.

I ordered Fallout 4, everything went fine.. then i tried to activate on steam,

DUBLICATE KEY..

Contacted support at oneplay. who said I should contact Steam. and I said, ehmm why should I contact steam, its you (oneplay) that made a mistake not me. but oneplay was in the believe that i just tried to trick them into giving them another valid key.

In general I have been happy with other purchases, but now I am not sure I will buy there again, if I have to go through a lot of work just to get a simple purchase to work, I dont think its worth the struggle or penny.

btw, have not solved the case yet.
BTW2: Now they suddenly gave me a new key that works.

So I stand here, a few hours before the release of Fallout 4, Oneplay was my option to pre-order.

The page told me that the item was in stock.

I created an account, chose to pay with PayPal, logged into my paypal to pay, and so far it seems good! The game is under my "Game Library" as "Pending - Verification Started"

I read in their FAQ that it will usually take 1-5 minutes to retreive a code, and up to 60 minutes, if the payment seemed sketchy and needed manual approval. (Note: The product page DID NOT notify anything else about delivery time)

I waited for longer than an hour, no change, still pending, not verified and no code. I even checked the product page and it still said "In stock".

So I go to check the invoice pdf file, it says "Total: 0.00"

I can see on my paypal that the authorization fee still is pending so that means they do and are able to start the payment whenever they want... But wasn't done within more than 60 minutes.

Disappointed, went to another site to buy the game for a few euros more, not a big deal.

It's just disappointing how you give them access to make a transaction on your paypal, for the game code, when nothing happens.

And the online live help was closed due to being located in Europe.

I do not recommend due to the system flaws, though, they have good and fair prices.

Fast cheap and easy. That's how online shopping should be! And that's is what one play provides ☺
