After 7 months of hell, we have finally parted ways with this cowboy pool supplier, I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company as One pool and spa, £66,000 later we have been left with a half finished pool with several faults that they are unable to fix, we have had to spend ££££'s on remedial works and now we are using an alternative pool company to finish the project, I whish i had done my research before sending them the deposit, they have been liquidated several times and the director has been stuck off by companies house. we are perusing a claim through the courts for a refund as they have made no effort to agree a resolution.

Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but liars and scammers. Over 12 months waiting for projects to be finished which have been paid for in full.

I have been phoning and emailing the company every day waiting months for pool covers and pump equipment to turn up and be installed on 2 swimming pools. I also have a client pool which was said to be completed in June and paid for in full and still undelivered to site. This is the WORST company I have ever done business with. Please do not fall into the trap of what they post on social media you will regret every moment of ever dealing with this company. Everyone can see through the fake reviews you have paid for to try and mask what is going on.

This is a fraudulent company, complaints and reports have been made to the necessary authorities to ensure more people don't get sucked into this mess of a company.

Do not use this company! You have been warned I purchased two items off this so called business a spa and a slatted pool cover it has now been 6 months since order. The spa arrived 3 months ago and we still have not received all of it. And as for the pool cover all we have received is some slats. No roller, no motor, no wall brackets, no key switch, no key fob, no transformer even after multiple people telling me it was all on site and ready for delivery 4 months ago. I have chased the guy and one pool every day and all they have done is lied to myself and the client. I have never heard so many excuses I’m all my life I don’t think they realise how silly they look I will put some screen shots of conversation with one pool below but you have been warned you will not receive your goods! DO NOT USE THEM!

We recently had two pools supplied by One Pool.
Excellent product and great people to deal with from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Sadly, we have also had a horrible experience with this company. They delivered the pool, took all payment and now will not respond to emails or phone calls, despite several components not being delivered and the pool not being commission 3 months after delivery. The original company has been liquidated and a new company set up, please please don’t use this company, they don’t care and they are not members of any of the industry bodies.

AVOID!!
Completely unprofessional and now operating under a new guise. Countless promised installs, only for no engineer to turn up, Now stuck with two shells and no working pool or pool equipment!
Have taken all the money and will no longer reply to phone calls or messages.
