have dealt with them many times previously & mostly been relatively ok but they just kept getting worse over time...
replies are sporadic/inconsistent, printing time takes a while, very few updates given but the worst was the most recent time i used their services.
i asked for a particular book to be printed in a more readable size. i was advised & reassured the size they suggested would be ample/'comfortable' - instead, the book that arrived, the text was smudged/blurred & the text so small it's barely readable.
after many excuses, the best that was offered was to pay for yet another copy at '50% off' plus postage.
there was no way that this was good enough & it was the last straw.
check them on etsy & many are essentially saying the very same hit or miss & when miss, it's really bad like it was for me right down to the ghosting/no resolution.
did get a refund from my bank, but for those reading, i would suggest steering clear.
