I really loved this brand but the quality is definitely going down hill. They used to have products with high cotton count (e.g 100%) and now they mix products with synthetics which inevitably bobble/pile and look cheap. Their past joggers and sweatshirts were great quality and last well. Another issue being taking ages to restock items (such as the mid crew socks!!). I'd hate to stop buying from them all together but since they've become popular I think they're sacrificing quality for profit

I ordered two sports bras from the soft motion and effortless collection, as well as effortless shorts, and quality and sizing were not up to par. First, the sizing was SO off/inconsistent; the bras were insanely tight and flimsy. For paying over $150 Canadian for a few pieces I was so disappointed, especially as it costs $20 to receive a refund. The effortless shorts did fit, but are really snug for a Large and fit closer to a medium. Overall, I was really looking forward to my order and because of how disappointed I am, I will not be ordering again. I have worn Oner in the past and LOVED the pieces but the quality has gone downhill, which makes me so sad!

First time ordering from Oner. $300 order placed over a month ago and still not here. Been “held in customs” with fedex for three weeks. Fedex can’t release it until Oner directs them to and the only support I’ve gotten is through a repetitive AI agent.

Extremely disheartened with Oner Active…
For context, several weeks ago I placed an order with them. The order was just over 300 euros. As I placed the order I realised after submitting (literally within 30seconds of having paid) that the address was to my old home in another country. My phone had auto updated it somehow. (I have screenshots to prove this) Within 1-2 minutes of placing the order I mass contacted Oner active, sending them 3/4 emails back to back with “URGENT” subject titles, begging them to change the address or cancel my order. I heard back from them the following day saying it was too late, that the order had been packed and the issue now lay with FedEx. Bear in mind (again screenshots if needed) I only received the confirmed packing email 2/3 days after the this occurred. So whether it was actually packed or not I think is up for debate.
Their customer care told me they had done everything they could, sending FedEx a form with the change of address. But to me, nobody was actually following up with FedEx properly to ensure it had gone through. As, similarly when I tried to go to FedEx which I was told to do, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone properly.
I was sent back and fourth between Oner active and FedEx to resolve, but it was too late. It was delivered. The now resident of my old address has completely ignored all attempts of contact. Probably because they’ve considered this a win for themselves a nice freebie 300 euro gym wear parcel.
I hope this issue will be resolved, as I have told Oner active I will place a chargeback claim with my bank if not. I’m still waiting to see if their attempt to raise this issue with FedEx again has worked, but still I haven’t heard anything.
Neverthelessx I have bought with OneRactive before and really loved their stuff. Their leggings felt so high quality and beautifully designed that I really wanted to order again. As I’m trying to get back into fitness after having gone through a lot of health issues recently, I figured this would be a nice way to get me started.
So I went ahead and placed another order a few days ago, this time thins from their new collection. The order came to about 400 euro, and it arrived today. And I could not be more disappointed.
First of all, one of the items I selected was the all in one scooped back one piece. It does not have a wonderfully scooped back like shown on the website images, not at all.
Second of all, I bought two pairs of their effortless lift leggings, and the quality could not be worse. I have bought leggings from SHEIN that have had better quality and didn’t cost me over 40 euros a pair. The fabric is horrible on the skin, and they are definitely not squat proof.
I bought leggings with them again as as I said previously I had bought with them and the quality of the leggings was honestly so impressive. But these feel like they will be ruined after 2/3washes. And the material feels so rough on the skin.
Furthermore, most disappointingly, I bought the effortless lift mocha leggings with the matching long sleeved top. The top, has stains on it that looks like bleach stains. Right on the front of the top so I can’t even get away with wearing it and the stain being hidden.
I’m so so so so disappointed with my experience this last two times round with one active and honestly don’t want to order with them again. I really thought “here is a brand that’s giving brands like Gymshark a run for their money” but I could not have been more disappointed this time.
I myself am an e-commerce business owner, and know for a fact if a customer had messaged me that soon after placing an order, with this issue, we would have cancelled the order, refunded the person their money and let them purchase again.
We have direct communication lines with our distributors to ensure situations like this can be caught in time and can preserve customer experience.
So I feel like I’ve been sent in circles and have lost a lot of money on a product and service that just isn’t worth it anymore.
I’m sorry to have to leave a review like this, but it needs to be said.

I ordered from here. Terrible customer service, they cancelled products from my order yet still sent other items that were meant to be a set. Then refused to cancel my order so if I wanted to order again they would make me pay additional shipping costs. Sounds like a massive scam to me. Would not advice buying anything from here. Also very expensive for crappy quality items. Better off going to the 10000 other gym wear shops that are cheaper and better quality. What a waste of time!

Don’t really write reviews unless I feel it necessary with the quality of products and service I receive. I Absolutely adore how the clothing at Oner makes me feel and look. It represents such great body positivity and feeling good in what you wear. The fit, material and style of everything I’ve purchased I’ve worn so well. I only recently came across this brand and thought I’d try it out but within a space of a month and half I’ve already become a platinum member and love the perks and rewards of it. The customer service team have been lovely. They literally respond within the hour the very few times I’ve been in touch and they are well spoken, efficient service and have dealt with whatever is needed. If I was to be critical of one thing, I would just ask that you restock your softmotion straight legs as I need more of them and also wish that they would switch to QR codes and better way of returning items as printing labels just isn’t the most convenient. Thanks to both Robin and Theodore for assisting me, appreciate it a lot 😊

Their shipments are so delayed, which isn't surprising when you see from the tracking details are shipping from a European warehouse when its supposed to be a UK company? Its taken the company so long to ship the items that i've actually moved house in the interim. I could see the issue materializing before it happened, so i informed their customer service, who are so unhelpful. No one even tried to re-route the package. I've been given mis-information at every stage of me actually trying to resolve the issue with them and quite frankly them doing nothing. Now someone else has 'signed' for my package and its my issue to resolve with Fedex. AWFUL COMPANY

I exclusively wear Oner, I’m a platinum member, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
The Oversized Foundation Joggers are all different lengths. I purchased three colours, yet only one pair is actually long enough. When charging £60 for a jogger, you expect production and quality control to be spot on.
I provided photos (which I would include here if possible) clearly showing the difference in length between the Umber Brown and Black joggers (an inch!). The response I received was:
“Slight variations in sizing and length can occur, so minor differences between products are possible.”
I understand generic responses, but this explanation is not acceptable. This is not a “slight variation” — there is an inch difference in length. Downplaying such a clear discrepancy isn’t okay. For a jogger at this price point, quality control should ensure consistency across colours of the same product line. Bad excuses.

If I could give less than 1 star I would , ordered an item for my daughter for Xmas on the 29th of November and I still haven’t received it . Customer service keep coming back saying we are in touch with the carrier but I still haven’t received no package .
Maybe I’m a one off but I will never buy from them again

Tried to refund some items (and kept a good amount of moneys worth) and they didn’t give me a full refund for the retuned items. They PARTIALLY refunded on a GIFT CARD.
When I contacted them their customer service response was so slow - and they just kept saying the same thing - that’s their policy - yet there is nothing in the Terms & Conditions. They also don’t read emails properly and a different person responds every time so zero consistency…means you don’t get anywhere as they send the same blanket email. Very frustrating.
Honestly Gymshark/AYBL hugely outperforms Oner. Never had an issue with them- quicker delivery and perfect/fast returns unlike Oner.

I placed a big order and liked it all but some of the clothing didn't suit me so I sent back before Christmas. Was a little bit nervous as never ordered from Oner before and returns can be a nightmare but there was no issue. Took a bit of time for acknowledgement of receipt but it was during the Christmas period so totally understandable.
I would have no issue ordering here again and i likely will as i loved the oversized tees!
Easy return process which is an absolute must for me. Also you get a refund and not store credit which again is a total must when I shop online.

I now wear Oner almost exclusively - I quite literally gave away all of my other gym clothes because nothing else lives up to Oner for me. I am now officially obsessed with the EnhanceLift leggings...I took a shot in the dark worried that the "mid rise" was going to be too short for me since I'm 5'9", but they really do hit me truly at the waist, a little below if they ride down a tad. They are a lot like the Effortless, but a lot more substantial (squat proof) and actually more flattering (in my opinion). I have hips, so sometimes I think the Effortless can make me look a little bigger in the midsection and make me feel a tad self conscious, but the EnhanceLift are PERFECT. I used to think the Unified were my fave (which I still love), but the EnhanceLift are truly where it's at. It would be AMAZING to continue to expand the color selection for EnhanceLift because it's AMAZING.

Order took over 2 weeks to arrive and each time I queried this it took several days for them to reply. Customer service response isn’t quick, you have to chat to the bot then you’ll eventually get an email reply in a couple of days
The returns process had changed and you have to have access to a printer which majority of people don’t. Used to be QR code but that’s changed. It’s now so difficult trying to return something. It’s put me off ordering ever again because it shouldn’t be this hard to send items back especially when there’s other brands with a simpler returns process

I love the styles offered and the fit of the items however as someone who has been buying for years now the products quality has taken a really noticeable nosedive with me having to return faulty items consistently or items pilling and discoloring after a single wash or wear with pricing only continuing to go up. Customer service is also a nightmare to deal with. There’s a lot of back and forth because they send AI responses or don’t read the whole email. FedEx lost 2 of my Black Friday orders and they did nothing to remedy it but refund me after weeks or trying for a resolution. I missed out on discounted items from the sale and they refused to give me a coupon code. Just don’t feel valued as a customer at all
Not only are the products amazing, so is the service. I recently purchased a number of items from Oner, however, 1 of my leggings was faulty. Within an hour the team got back to me, requested additional info (photos), and in a flash, refunded me for that pair. I'm an avid user of this brand and a marketer myself, and when I see brands placing the customer at the forefront of the experience, it satisfies my soul, in that service.
