I can't open trades
I can't open trades. I always get a "trade is disabled" error message. I emailed support but never got a response. The live chat is useless there's no one responding. This is the worst broker I've ever used

Server issues, order locked, support silent
At the begging if my journey I’ve had a very disappointing experience with OneRoyal.com. Support has not responded to my opened ticket for over 10 days. There also seems to be a serious problem with their servers, which makes the work of my EA unstable. Many times my orders end up being “locked” for no clear reason, when this issue is occurring I have to manually work with it ( modify the order ). I’m still waiting for any response from their support team.
UPDATE: After 10 days I finally receive some answers on the live chat, yet my ticket / emails has not been answered yet.
I am also waiting for my first withdrawal ( deposit then earned profits ) if the process will be smooth I will upgrade my review.
For now I adding one star for receiving help via live chat.
UPDATE2: Deposit withdrawal approved, profit withdrawal approved. Banks, cards added as a payment / withdrawal method.
My final queries are about the "order locked" issue, and IB Request. Support via email still silent.
Adding extra two stars.
Final update after they respond to my ticket / emails.
