Our plumber Ben's customer service was second to none.
He single handedly removed two tanks, installed our new combi boiler with ease. He ensured he made safe our carpets by completely covering them. He ensured everything was clean and tidy before leaving. He went above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism and was always on time. He provided us with all the information we needed and went through the instructions clear and concisely.

Ben came and serviced our boiler and installed a new gas fire. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and did a superb job. I would have no problem in recommending him and will definitely use again.

Absolute professionalism from quote to completion.
When Ben first visited me, I told him that I was thinking of changing my system boiler to a combi. His explanations and advice were invaluable to my decision making.
On the morning of installation, Ben and his assistant, Raegan, duly arrived at 8am. Carpets were covered properly and the boys wore shoe covers to avoid making a mess. I had worried about the pipework and items to be removed to make way for the new boiler. Thought it would be very dirty. There was a lot of stuff, but they took it all away and left me with lots more space - all cleaned out.
Once installation was complete, everything was cleared away, vacuumed and wiped down.
Ben spent time with me explaining the paperwork and also the operating instructions for both the boiler and timing paraphernalia.
OneServ were a pleasure to deal with and I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending them to future potential customers.
