I recently purchased a network switch for a great price from OneShed. Shortly after placing the order I was contacted by the owner George who apologised explaining that he was currently out of the country and amongst other options, offered me a further discount on the purchase price and hand delivery if I could wait until his return a week or so later, which I gladly accepted.
George contacted me promptly on his return and we made arrangement for delivery the following afternoon. George arrived on time with device in hand and following a brief chat about his business we shook hands and parted company.
George was a complete gentleman throughout. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. His communication was excellent and he did exactly what he said he would do on time as arranged.
Simply brilliant!

Really happy with the service from OneShed. We bought some network equipment (switches and a router) and everything arrived quickly, was well packed, and worked exactly as expected. The prices were great, and George provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We'd definitely use them again and would happily recommend them.

I placed an order online, and the supplier (George) contacted me right away and advised he could help me with purchasing more stock that I needed. The deliveries came when advised and were packaged very well and protected the items. Even a phone call to check to ensure my deliveries had arrived. Now that is what I call customer service
