The Storm Snow Suit is amazing, easy to move in, comfortable, and still warm with only base layers underneath at over 3000m and -15C, good job oneskee!

Great brand, great products, great vibes! I saw these via HuberCop and his antics and wanted one immediately. I have had mine since 2020 and it’s lasting super well, perfect for hot and cold days, durable, water proof, really great product and fit. Service was great, responsive to emails (I initially ordered the wrong size), and all round good stuff! Would buy again!

This is the second snow suit we have had from Oneskee as a gift for our son who is an avid snowboarder on the slopes of the Rocky Mountains in Alberta Canada.
I have nothing but good things to say about our experience from the swift delivery to here in Canada to the great look The Oneskee suit has on the slopes.
The men’s snowsuit is a practical, warm and comfortable suit even in those frigid Rocky Mountain ski days.
There are not many Oneskee here and it always garners a good amount of interest at the ski lifts.
We will continue to replace the Onekees as they are outgrown.

I am in love with my Oneskee Snowsuit! It’s very comfortable & warm. I just wear base layers underneath. The fit is true to size on the website. At first I ordered a size that was too big so I had to send it back but the exchange process was very easy & efficient. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it already!

Ordered varsity kids suit at £180, looked awesome and my daughter loved it but after one hour use it leaked badly at the seams. Contacted customer service with full details but replies were very slow, then waited a long time for returns label and even longer for a refund. In the meantime, I’d ordered a different style kids suit from Oneskee to see if that was any better. It appeared to be more waterproof when testing at home, however, after a few hours snowboarding this again let in lots of water around the trouser/jacket seam. Also, after only one week away the bottom of the trousers is now completely worn away where the trousers catch the board/floor. We’ve had many pairs of much cheaper kids salopettes that have re-enforced fabric here and after years of use haven’t done the same. Disappointed as I love the style of these outfits and wanted to support a new brand but the quality and customer experience really didn’t live up to the price.

Oneskee is a high quality and stylish brand. I have 3 snow suits and my wife has 1 suit and we are very satisfied with it. A brand that has all you need when you’re on wintersport!

Very fast delivery and amazing wintersuit i got for my son as his christmashpresent.
He has never been willing to wear wintercloths even thoug we live in Iceland. But after getting the camouflage snow suit he loves it. Its really cool and has amazing movement so he feels as he is more “free” in the snow suit from oneskee than in other brands!
I totally recommend these products, specially for boy’s parent that are not will to dress according to the weather 😂

It really feels good quality, looks great, and is a good fit, I sized down but I don't think I needed to given the range of movement skiing requires: bigger is better.

Lots of useful zips and pockets for all the random gear one needs when skiing which was appreciated. Comfortable straps to hold them up when you’ve taken the top off for cooling down at après ski.

All my friends complimented the outfit and even a few strangers too, really recommended.

I purchased this suit for my son driven by the beauty of its design, but with some hesitations about its practicality. I wondered if it could be comfortable even when, after a morning of snow, we stopped at some refuge to eat and the child wanted to take off the wind jacket. All my doubts were answered quickly. The child remained warm all day, even though he rolled in the snow several times, not even a drop got in. At lunch he only wore his trousers which I adapted by adding simple suspenders to ensure they didn't fall off. I am really satisfied with this purchase: excellent value for money and above all super - cool. P.S.= the customer service from this company is lovely. He responded promptly to my concerns. I have bought 3 oneskee ski suits for my girls aged 10 and 6. The sizing is nice and roomy and the designs are gorgeous! I can’t count how many times we were stopped at chairlifts etc and asked where the suits were from as they were so eye catching! We have skied both France and Finland (in VERY cold temps) and they stayed warm and dry. The bonus is the jackets can be worn on its own, or zipped into the salopettes. Our Oneskee suits will be worn for the 3rd winter trip in the next couple of weeks and still fit perfectly well, as I sized up when I purchased them. The quality is great, designs eye catching and modern and the functionality is spot on. We actually had my youngest daughter’s jacket pinched from a takeaway one cold evening, so I purchased the same suit again in a bigger size so she will get another 2/3 years wear out of it!

I mistakenly used my old address just happily accepting payments using Apple Pay and I noticed right away that it was being shipped to the wrong address. I quickly sent an email to Oneskee to correct the address and they did so as soon as possible. Very responsive and helpful even on a holiday weekend.

There is a genuine effort of management to make things right, you have to ask for help higher up in the chain of commands
I am satisfied that this company is trying to do better and has made significant changes

Update ! The issue was resolved with the help of PayPal
some serious issues with regards to communication with customer service.
Item never received Refund initiated thru PayPal

Never received the item. They keep pushing the delivery date back and dhl never had the item in their possession
Wrote everyday to the customer service and it’s the same song : please wait a little longer. We will investigate. It’s been almost a month and the item never left the « warehouse »

Fab company, fab service, currently we are in the arctic and love our winter wear.

Good service & top price-performance ratio

It's a fraud. I purchased one ski suit. It arrived, it was too big, I enquiried a refund (through their website, very hard to do it, plus they have no phone number to call). As agreed, I paid myself the shipment with tracking (UPS), and it arrived after a couple of days. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for their refund and they have even stopped replying my emails. This website is a scam, be aware and stay away from it.

Return NO problem; just following the official return process! DANKE VERY well done - looking forward to "ride the slopes 😘" ⭐️👍

Kid's Acclimate suit
I already own an adult suit and ordered 2 Acclimate suits for my children in November.
Re: the suit itself:
My kids love them. The suits are definitely cool (and adorable). Sizing is a bit weird, but livable (The 7-8 for my very tall almost 7 year old will hopefully still fit next year, the 5-6 for my very tall almost 5 year old is enormous). I'm disappointed they don't have the suspender straps like the adult ones. They are very waterproof, which is great. They don't seem to be designed for climates where kids wear their snowsuits every day to do everything 3-4 months of the year (we live in said climate), more for just ski hills. A big improvement would be reinforced cuffs on the bottom, reinforced seat and reinforced knees. Ideally a room-to-grow seam also. The lycra wrist guards are a lovely feature. Overall, very happy with the suit itself.

Re: the customer service:
It started out well, but ended up being a saga. I live in North America, and so now must order off the US site. The suit for my son was available so I ordered it. My daughter absolutely wanted a colour unavailable on the US site, so I sent an email asking if I could pay extra to have the one she wanted shipped from the UK. I got a quick response with a link. Ordered and received within 4 days, was 40$ more. Fair enough. So great for that part.
In the meantime, my son's suit, ordered from the US site with 1 day shipping had still not arrived 1 week later. Multiple emails to oneskee, calls to shipper, always a delay with response, always asking me to wait another week and see. In the end they agree to send me a replacement suit, but the shipper charges me 112$ for import duties despite the fact that I have already prepaid import duties on the original suit. Not only that, but the replacement suit is the wrong one...

UPDATE: Randomly, the original shipper eventually found my original suit and delivered it about a month later, so all is well that ends well. I have an extra suit that cost import duties. At this point I am going to donate it instead of going through the rigmarole of dealing with a return. However, the whole experience: having been charged a 2nd time for import duties, having to harass, not receiving prompt replies, not receiving a credit, not receiving a "gift" of sorts with the (wrong) replacement suit (is it so hard to throw in a tuque and neckwarmer or 2? Really would have improved my goodwill) has sadly put me off ordering from them again. Alas, because I like the products.
