Sean from One Step Beyond flooring called me at numerous times since I placed the order to keep me updated on the process. He called to 1. Confirm the order and details, 2. to update me on delivery times, 3. to double check that I was aware to expect delivery , a couple of days pior, 4. To check that delivery had arrived and product was satisfactory.
Very pleased all round with their dedication to excellent customer service.

Only downside is that they don’t make the circle radiator pipe surrounds in same colour

Hello Mr Massey. Thank you so much for your 5* review. Both our Laminate (LD12) stick down pipe covers and our Solid Lacquered wood pipe covers (these slot together like a jigsaw piece) match our Arundel Walnut flooring. I hope this helps.
