One Step GPS Reviews 

We use OneStep in two ways: 1. the GPS function to show where our trucks are at all times, and 2. the cameras so we have a cabin view and windshield view at all times. The service has been 100% dependable. We had an incident with two of our technicians, and after we were able to download the video of their conversation in the cabin and had proof of their malicious intent. That access turned an otherwise very difficult decision into a very obvious choice.

The company is easy to work with. Support helped me replace lost devices quickly with minimal fees.

I was told I had to have trackers on my cars, that were listed on a Car rental program. I chose One Step GPS because of cost. The units just plug into the portal under the dash, bt can also be installed by wiring in direct. I chose the plug in way. I at one tiome did have a problem getting one of 10 plugged in. One step sent me a new one at n chrge. the service worked properly for two years.

I have had this device for almost 2 years now. I like the fact that I can follow my service vans at a decent price. I'm not experienced with GPS tracking, but I kinda get the feeling like it's a program from the 90's. I was finally able to change my icons, because you only get a few to choose.
Sometimes when I follow the history, it puts my van at the wrong place. I rely on this information as that's how I can bill the customer for their time. It happens a couple of times a month.
What I don't like is that the program takes over my screen. It covers up the tabs on the bottom and I need those to exit the program.
All-in-all, I do like it enough to keep using it.

Easy to work with - tracks my trucks in real time and very affordable!

Im a traveling real estate appraiser and have others working with me. I need to know whats going on with them at all times, and keep extensive location and other data. Being in the business before there even was this technology, and having tried at least 7 other services, I can say that One Step is TEN STEPS ahead of all the others. Features, service and price are outstanding Hard to be able to get from any service of any type today. So this site wants experience? I could give daily for the last 2 years

One Step GPS is a very reasonably priced GPS Tracker service for keeping track of vehicles on the road. The system is reliable and works very well. It is easy to use. Highly recommended.

I just discovered some of the history reports. Very useful in tracking the use of company trucks during the weekend; trucks are not allowed to be driven on weekends.

We are a plumbing company and have used One Step GPS for years. The platform is easy to use and extremely helpful for our day to day functions. All the way from when we can schedule the next job to using it for billing. The customer service is amazing and they respond quickly for any concerns. We recently had an issue with the GPS going in and out and they quickly sent a replacement at no charge to get our trucks GPS up and running.

I have nothing bad to report. I've been with this company a few years and they not only have top notch equipment, but the support doesn't get any better. I work with several different vendors and this one is at the top of the list.

I like the functions and features of the what the app can do, but the app experience is very frustrating. I constantly have to reload the app because the app maps and side bar options always freezes or is not fitting the screen properly for the mobile side.
