Overcharged me and were incompetent
Had a very simple algo EA programmed. I was way overcharged and it took more than a week. Was told it was difficult to put in a trailing stop. Was told it was difficult, near impossible to make the EA calculate position size relative to percentage of account balance.
I got so fed up at the service and the cost for my very simple algo ($654 USD) that I decided to learn to program myself
After a week I programmed my EA with the trailing stop and position size relative to percentage of account balance- it took me 15 min!!
I contacted onestepremoved and asked how they had taken 6 hours and charged accordingly- the programmer Chris Zimmer threatened me with his attorney wife if I complained on the net. He was put on the job by owner Shaun Overton,
These guys are a joke. They way overcharged me and even then couldn't do what I asked. Complete rip off.
