Have used One Stop for last 3 years for annual boiler service. They are a friendly and efficient team.
They send an annual reminder of service, easy to contact and arrange, are punctual. If given a time window of a few hours they will advise when arriving. They email my invoice and service report within 48 hrs. Have not used yet for any repairs to plumbing or heating but am confident that they would be able to sort any problems out

Great response time. Came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thought I was going to need a new boiler, but I was reassured and they saved me loads of money!

Messaged One Stop on Sunday when our boiler stopped working after a power cut. Jason messaged back quickly and came round on Monday morning to take a look. Parts ordered and fitted quickly and efficiently, Jason was very honest with the situation and gave us a good understanding of the costs and condition of the boiler. Couldn't fault the service.

I have had my Boiler service done again with Jason and will continue to be done by him as usual notifies you of a time slot and confirms this with a call or text 40 minutes before arriving. As always professional, polite, informative and always engages in conversation. What top a bloke, I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

At one point last week, my old water heater stopped its primary summer duty of heating hot water. My wife and I decided to find a way to repair it as soon as possible before the severe winter after enjoying a few days of cold water showers in the hot summer. After screening a round of trust pilot and check a trade scores, we chose One Stop. Soon we got a reply from the boss Jason, and at the same time made an appointment to test the water heater. It is not difficult to see that Jason is very efficient and organized in terms of customer service and work process. This is one of the main reasons why this company is rated so highly. Of course, any high-quality service does not come out of thin air. After a period of initial investigation and research, we knew that the price of one stop is about 10% more expensive than other companies through comparison. However, we fully agree that this consumption is worth the money. From the appointment to the installation to the final paper work, everything went very smoothly. During the installation process, Jason also popularized a lot of little knowledge about boiler usage from time to time. At the same time, the after-sales service is also very good. On the second day after the installation, Jason made a special return visit to confirm that everything is working normally. Come on One Stop! You are much better than British gas in our eyes. Keep it up the good work!

New boiler with 6 radiators installed. Jason and john came on the day fitted new boiler and replaced 6 radiators all done in 8 hours. The level of work was pristine cleaned up very well after themselves.

Quick communication to arrange the booking. All work completed, had Tado thermostat install & boiler service, friendly engineer explained everything & answered any questions I had would highly recommend & reuse them

This is our third house renovation project, I have worked with multiple different trades people and I have tk say these guys are really good.

Really proactive communication, well priced, nice people and know their stuff. Will tell all my friends these are the people to use as it's rare to find trades people that do what they say on time and to the standard they say the will.
