Responded super quickly to queries, and allowed me to pay by bank transfer when my card wasn't accepted.

Great service once again from team, I placed two orders separately but they e-mailed as soon as the second order was placed to say they were having to supply a replacement to something I'd ordered but would combine the orders to save on shipping.

I had been waiting for some Unifi wifi 6 wireless access points since the beginning of January from another company.
Payment had already been taken but still no product.

I emailed One stop cable.shop to check on stock and they replied within the hour. They had them in stock and got them to me very promptly.

They even offered to set them up for me if I so required.

I placed an order for a Ubiquiti Accesspoint that arrived next day. When I hooked everything up there were some connectivity issues so after a number of unproductive attempts I got in touch with the team at one stop cable shop who gave me some advice and did everything they could to get me up and running. They took back the unit to carry some testing, which proved good and then sent me back out the same unit with a different model of POE injector and some new cables. This resolved my issue and was all done on next day delivery so we got to the bottom of my problem in no time, the guys were nothing but happy to help and work out what was going on. I think now we (myself mostly with my tail between my legs) suspect that the issue was actually in the ethernet cable that was not supplied by them but they were just over the moon that I am now up and running as am I.
