Delivery was excellent and the hoover arrived asap. The hoover is a godsend, it's long hose and extra long lead are especially useful and the suction is great - it is cleaning a building site. However, in error the spare hoover bags purchased at the same time were paper and not the more substantial fabric type bags and I didn't realise this. The paper bags have performed poorly each time, tearing inside the hoover and creating more mess than you can imagine so I'd recommend avoiding these completely, go for the cloth ones.

We thought we can try out the James hoover as we are a bit dubious on what we buy without dissapointment. I have to say the hoover is fantastic. It so light, much lighter than Henry and does the job. Delivery came very quick which was ideal. Thank you.....
