I am very pleased to recommend one stop cleaning solutions. A very pleasant man carried out the cleaning both speedily and efficiently. We had 2 carpets downstairs cleaned, together with the stairs and landing carpets. And have had a great result with each one. I will contacting again to have my other carpets cleaned in the near future.

Dave was really friendly and helpful in answering any queries I had. He was professional and punctual and responsive via text. I am so happy with the service. My carpets had a lot of stains from wear over the last 7 years. All the stains have been removed and the carpets look much cleaner than before. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent cleaning company from start to finish. The first contact I made was via WhatsApp to book an appointment. This was easily achieved and the communication excellent, with conformation and timely follow up reminders of the appointment.
On the Day of the appointment, Dave was very punctual, polite, friendly and professional. Dave carried out the cleaning very efficiently and the effect on the carpets was immediately apparent.
I will be using this company again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of using them.

Communication was fantastic during enquiry and booking! Prompt arrival at allotted time and didn’t take long to get cracking after a minor pipe dilemma soon rectified. I really wish I’d taken before and after pictures as it honestly looks like I have brand new carpets!!! I chose the 3 bedroom January offer but had my main bedroom, stairs and landing completed as these were the areas that receive the most traffic upstairs. After living here for nearly 10 years this really was the boost they needed. Thank you so much the results are fabulous! 😍

Just moved into a house with beige perfectly serviceable carpets, but they’d lived a life, and needed a good clean. I wanted to get this done before moving in, Dave was happy to come out on a Saturday morning to do this. He arrived on time and cleaned 3 bedrooms, landing, stairs and lounge. I’m really pleased with the results, these carpets have probably been here since the house was built in 2011, Dave managed to get out most of the stains only exception being nail varnish and what looked like craft glue. I’m really pleased with the result, and the post-clean advice Dave provided was invaluable! Highly recommended.

I have used one stop 3 times now. We have two dogs who can be a bit messy so it’s always great to get the carpets cleaned professionally. We always like to have it done before Christmas when I’m sure they are very busy and they can always squeeze us in. A nice clean house ready for Christmas and the new year.
