I ordered food stuff from them. The shipping box is flimsy and the packing was not good. The box came ripped open. I am missing items that probably fell out of the rip. Everything is sticky and crushed. Lid of the jam is busted so the liquid is everywhere. Not happy to lose money on food i cant use. Dont recommend them.
I love that company. I've been shopping with them for a long time. I recently discovered that they offer gluten-free bread mixes from Brot & Crust which are super tasty and easy to make.
I purchased an item that was supposed to arrive on November 14 via USPS. On November 15 the tracking still shows that "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" thought the shipping bill was created already on November 10. I reported this several times in recent days to "Onestopgermanshop". They claim it is out of their hands. The vendor does NOT provide a telephone contact number. As of today, November 22, I have not received the order. The vendor refunded me. They have no explanation for this unprecedented shipment failure. I have never experienced anything like it with USPS.
