I ordered on the 9th of April and as of today, 11 days later (April 20th) had not received my order or heard anything about it- though they were quick enough to take the money. The order was supposed to have arrived within 5-7 working days. When I spoke to customer service they said fulfillment hadn't even finished processing the order to dispatch it. Absurd- the prices from One Stop are already outrageous, and the shipping equally pricy. Not worth spending that much for something that may turn up sometime this century if I am lucky. Order Cancelled. The one star is because their customer service was at least decent- otherwise it would be 0 stars.

Order #3211. I live in the uk and purchased a sculpting top at a total of £53. This included approximately £15 delivery charge as being delivered from USA (understandable). However when the item arrived it was far too big and not as described. It is in no way sculpting and is essentially just an extremely overpriced vest.

On contacting customer services regarding a return, I was told I would have to pay to return the item via DHL to America, which would cost me £30 out of my refund money. I have tracked the order and it was received 6 days ago and I have heard nothing. I just contacted customer service to be told that out of my original £53 purchase, I will be receiving a total of £8 as a refund. Had I have known this, it would have more cost effective to keep the vest as toilet roll. Absolute scam and I will be taking this further.

Update. I received a call from a Supervisor saying the best she could do was offer me a 30% off voucher for
