ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL PRODUCT.

BOUGHT THE TINYMATE KIDS TABLET AND IT ISNT ANYTHING LIKE THE PRODUCT ADVERTISED.

TRIED TO GET A REFUND WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF RECEIVING AND THEY DENIED IT.

CURRENTLY DEALING WITH OMBUDSMAN AS THEY ARE GOING AGAINST AUS CONSUMER LAW.

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star - 2 tablets I bought both didn’t work, they replaced one but have left one of my grandsons with no Christmas present so I hope they feel good about that

Awful experience, their products are defective. I bought my wife a kindle hands-free page turner and iPad stand. The clicker did not work and the stand was too flimsy to support a phone, let alone an iPad. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a case with keyboard for my IPad at the start of November 2024 and emailed them at the start of December 2024 as it had not arrived and the tracking said it had been in Australia and on route for 2 weeks, they replied with a very apologetic email and said they would chase it up and get back to me with progress. I replied with an email stating that if it didn’t arrive by Xmas I would like to cancel the order and get a refund.
It didn’t arrive by Xmas so I emailed requesting a refund and to cancel the order and I’ve had no reply

BUYER BEWARE - To begin with i received an item that wasn't functioning from the moment it turned on. It just turned on and off over and over again. this company knowing I did not receive a functioning item decided to opt for the "its out of warranty" "you can buy another one for half price instead of replacing" all because it was a c Christmas gift and sat under the tree for a period of time. Avoid them, they don't care about customers. Besides that their items don't function

Don't shop here. They're aware the products are faulty and don't offer refunds or replacement.

I purchased the tablet for my grandson, delivery was good but the tablet is not good. It goes flat after 15 minutes, could not download anything as told we could. An absolute total waste of money.

Minimal device troubleshooting available

I was told i can download all my apps via the app store on the device, the only streaming apps available are Netflix & Disney. HBO is available but not available in australia so thats useless

All pop ups are blocked when i search for the apps via a google search

Stan, Binge, AppleTv and Paramount etc not available - even though support said i could get them. Still waiting on a reply from them.

Casting any of my apps from my iphone is not supported. When i cast it attempts to load the movie and then jumps back to the home-screen so am left with my work laptop (miracast) to stream (cant use my personal one for some reason)

Sound is not loud enough, have to bluetooth to my large speakers.

Device came within a good timeframe, nice clear picture but not what i was expecting

Would not recommend. Terrible service! Given tracking number after ordering and 10 days later there was still no tracking update. Trying to get a reply when requesting an update has been a nightmare!! They send the same generic replies days after I've msg'd which offer no help at all! If this is their standard of service, I'm skeptical of what the standard of their product is!

I brought 2 iPads for my daycare as I saw them on facebook and thought they would be good for my daycare, and WOW they were amazing better than I expected and also the price was Great and very affordable, the price of 2 iPads is the price of one other options on the market, the apps were already on it was simple set up and you can use so many educational apps on there as well, I got also word cards that slide into a little pocket and says the word this has helped my other younger children with speech and talking skills, very happy with the product great value for money amazing design for little kiddos

I have been so impressed by the service - we initially had an issue with the tablet we purchased as the screen was scratched. Kelly was so helpful and responded promptly, offering to send through a new device. We were not required to send back the faulty item as she did not want to inconvenience us. Thank you OneTapWireless for your awesome service.

“I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by One Tap. I ordered a tablet for my son’s birthday, relying on their stated delivery timeframe of 3-7 days. Unfortunately, it has been 14 days, and I still haven’t received the product. My son’s birthday has already passed, and I had to explain to him why the gift I promised couldn’t be given on time.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning the company’s reliability. If you’re considering ordering from One Tap, think twice, especially if you’re relying on timely delivery. Customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to be a priority, and I would not recommend this service to anyone.”

Completed an order. Took 5 days to get a 'your item has been shipped' email. It's now been 11 days since that email and I'm yet to recieve the item. I've contacted the company twice and no response yet. Tracking information provided states the item has not moved in 10 days. Follow up with this company and CourierPlease have been unsuccessful. Very disappointing. As it stands, unless communication miraculously improves, I will not buy from this company again and don't recommend you do either.

Ordered 2 tablets for an upcoming interstate trip. Product faulty. Battery only lasted a little over 2 hours. Far from the 24 they claim. Immediately requested a return address and refund. Sent proof requesting address and refund. Ignored and replacement ones sent out. They are now going to be delivered whilst we are interstate. Why? Because even though they claim they’re Australian, they ship through a company that comes from China. Asked for a refund multiple times due to knowing they wouldn’t be here in time. Ignored. This company is ripping people off and getting away with it. I am taking this further.

Took awhile to get the delivery.but the product is quite good.my 5 year old loves it..

Purchased a projector from these guys recently. The projector has nice features, ability to use Netflix, install apps etc however the quality of the image displayed by the projector is horrible. Even after basic troubleshooting the quality is still quite poor.

According to the Onetapwireless website there's an advanced settings feature you can unlock on your projector to increase the picture quality however my projector doesn't have this feature for some reason. I've reached out to Onetapwireless three times for support and have heard nothing. Poor quality product and horrible service, these guys are pretty dodgy - would not recommend.

OneTap Wireless sells projectors that are faulty regarding the screen navigation. After providing feedback for the first faulty projector they shipped, they issued me with a replacement projector which they state "had undergone quality tests". Infact, they decided to test a whole batch of projectors, which shows lack of trust in their product. The replacement projector arrived and has the same navigation problem. Despite all the evidence sent (videos) the company is now refusing to issue me with a return label to return the product. Rather they asking me to pay for postage myself for them to "inspect the faults". I have sent over 7 videos of both faulty projectors, and they have acknowledged there are issues in writing. Now they are trying to get out of sending a return label for shipping costs (which all online companies do). Do not spend your money on these projectors. The ACCC is now helping me address the concern as I do not trust I will get my money back. Not to my surprise all the customer reviews have been negative too. I will be posting this everywhere as they are doing wrong by poor customers like myself.

You don't get what you pay for. Purchased a tablet for my 3 year old grandchild as a birthday present. Not only it took more than 18 working days to arrive which is much longer than advertised, it came in a very old scuffed worn out box that is not suitable to present as a gift. I have sent them photos of the box to prove my claim. My belief is that they sent me a used tablet or a tablet that has been returned to them by another unhappy customer. The tablet itself had only 2 educational apps and you need to buy the other apps they show in their advertisement. They refused to refund my money. They stopped replying to my emails.
