HORRIBLE! They refuse to reply to my requests regarding my refund when i returned the items and still have the mailing receipts to prove it. I rarely post negative reviews -- but this counts as a deserved exception!
Absolutely abysmal company
Absolutely abysmal company! Took a month to fill an order and it was wrong. Never responded to requests for an exchange or refund. PLEASE use my experience to save yourself money and aggravation! NEVER order from this company.

Do not buy from this company
Such a dodgy company. I will never buy from them again. The sizing is inconsistent. I ordered two pairs of jeans in the same size, one was too big and the other too small. I didn't realize you cannot return items for a refund, only a store credit. I didn't try to return for store credit since you don't submit anything on their site requesting to return the items. You just throw your stuff in the mail and hope they receive it and actually issue the credit.

If I could give a -100 I would. I wished I would've found these reviews previously. I've purchased their products from nordstroms previously so I didn't think anything of it buying directly. Their return policy is some fraudulent BS, they only offer store credit and no where on their site do they tell you this upfront. Crooks!!! Avoid. They really should be out of business and the clothes are overpriced and not that great.

Not at all like the photo. Size was way off. No exchanges. Costs $10 to ship and $20 to return for store credit only. So you are out $30 if it isn’t right, and another $10 to order something else and hope it works.
Dishonest company - don’t buy!!!
This company just wants to cheat you. As others have said, they trick you on using Australian vs US dollars. And then they say they only offer credit and won’t give a refund. Their customer service is atrocious. And they are dishonest. Don’t buy front them!

UPDATE: I pushed back on the 6 month expiration for store credit and originally they said "too bad" (essentially). I emailed again saying that it is practically unheard of in (and even unlawful in some parts of) the US. They did respond with an extension to the credit to at least get me one full year to find something to purchase. I did appreciate this. So, a boost in stars to acknowledge they did accommodate the request but still tough to give five stars knowing they have a store credit only policy that expires in 6 months. Just be aware - especially as inventories seem to run out REALLY quickly and could dwindle during your 6 month window.
Excellent customer services
Customer services were so good. They sorted out a couple of queries really quickly and were really friendly. Returns were processed very quickly. Allow additional time for delivery and a response due to time differences.

If I could give a zero I would!! The phone number listed as 1.855.830.6200 for their customer service is actually in Asia and it is named "One" and deals with credit cards! No one from One Teaspoon has replied to my three emails I have sent off from their site. I returned two items to the New Jersey location and you only get store credit. I sent the items via UPS on 10/6/23 via UPS and insured for $300 with a signature required. They were received on 10/10/23 at 9:34am and signed for by Jose at the dock. I should be getting a store credit for $170...ZERO response from anyone and ZERO correct customer service phone number!!! The site tells you to expect a confirmation email with an attached reference number and you get NOTHING!!!! I am so angry!!!! Can I get a response, please!

Ordered a $200 jumpsuit in one color and received a similar, but obviously different color! Emailed their customer service and sent pictures, never responded.

Their return policy is terrible. I ordered 4 items that came up to almost $400. Then when I go to return them for poor fit/material, I see they only give STORE CREDIT? I would never expect a retailer of this caliber and with these prices to be so petty with their return policy. I will never buy their clothes again, not even from a different retail site.

The lack of response time when contacting customer service is horrendous
UPS lost my package when I requested them to hold it because I was not notified by One Teaspoon it would be sent signature required. UPS has opened an investigation but I would like some insight and a replacement sent. Contacted them thru email which was bounced back and I got a standard reply on instagram to now have been ghosted.
Treats you like a criminal
I will start with the fact that they require adult signature in order to receive your package. We are talking jean shorts, folks. If their fraud and inventory is that troublesome, perhaps they should increase their insurance coverage. My daughter guessed her size incorrectly because everything is 2 sizes too big, so we had to return, pay for our own shipping (plus shipping to get the items). In the end it was about $50 of shipping to receive, return, and reorder. There are no refunds, so you have to get a store credit. Again, if fraud and theft is so bad, maybe they should stick to selling to Nordstrom where they can cover a better store policy. I would never order from them again, and now if I see them at Nordstrom, I am not likely to purchase for my daughter again, given the terribly poor experience. Please put your money into a more honest and friendly company.

What an awful company. I cannot believe the return policy. I ordered 2 sizes of jeans knowing that sizes would be different (I do this all of the time with other companies) and I couldn't return them for a refund! They offered me store credit. $400 in "store credit". It's the dumbest thing i've ever experienced. Please, please do not buy from this company.

Finally got around to using my store credit, and hoping my experience would be different this time I went in with a positive attitude. It has been >3 weeks since I placed the order and it has not shipped in the given time frame ("5-10 business days"). Customer support has been, unsurprisingly, ignoring my outreach.
