Everything can use improvement
Everything can use improvement. There was a person sick on the flight, and no one on flight knew emergency procedures. It should become mandatory to have one to two stewardesses or steawards trained in how to intervene in case of emergency. No meal on the flights, could have given more than just a free snack, I believe most would agree it's wise to get a meal even if it's a short flight.
