The visa process with OneVasco could have been a much better experience There were slight delays and certain hiccups in the middle of the process.

For instance, communication became very difficult and was halted almost completely around the festival of Rakshabandhan.

Mr. Vijay Tomar however ensured to still make it as convenient for us as possible. Other than the delay during Rakshabandhan, I appreciate his support and cooperation during the entire process.

In all we had a satisfactory experience. Thanking you and your team for the kind courtesy!

there was an error on DOB of insured person for travel medical insurance, unable to make any changes on website, having error
tried to contact helpline , sale department, was on the call for nearly 2Hr, on sale option, no one has picked up the call.
attempted to try another option, the person was not helpful, told me to wait for email reply from sale department.
I was due to submit my policy for visa application next day and my request were not assisted at all
