Worst service in Armenia

Worst service in Armenia. I bought the product, paid, came to the locker, there was a system failure, the locker doesn't work.I wrote to customer support. And the lies started. "Come back tomorrow, we'll fix everything." I came, and the locker still doesn't work.It lasted 5 days, and the locker was broken. We've already left Armenia, and we haven't received the goods, and we lost the money. But some company employee will probably be wearing my sweater, which I paid for.there is no need to deal with them.

my packages received 29 march

my packages received 29 march, they added 2new lockers at 25 March with 2000 amd bonus if you recieve your parcels there but 6 days passed and they claim both have technical issues and no one can use them and you have to wait

Worst company ever

Just don't do any business with them.

Worst company ever. Absolutely no instructions, only excuses for everything.
You pay the tax but sorry, you have to pay another way.
You send them the confirmation but sorry, we need another confirmation.
Insane.
They try everything to make sure that you stop the process at some point so they can keep the goods and sell it to make some extra money.

Horrible Horrible customer service!

Horrible Horrible customer service!! I have no idea what kind of uneducated idiots they hire at their desks but I had 6 back and forth emails with someone called Rima until she understood the concept of me making a complaint and her having to respond to it! She eventually said she forwarded ny complaint to the correct department and of course I never heard from them! They are so unprofessional it’s really scary for a so called international company!

Terrible delivery experience with Onyx Armenia (via Temu)

The courier showed up without any prior notice, no scheduled time, no coordination. He called me 2 times, then just left. I had people home, yet he didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell, buzz the building, or check with security.

When I called him back, he rudely refused to return and said I’d have to wait several days. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Delivery should be coordinated, not forced on people without warning.

Very disappointing. Temu should seriously reconsider this delivery partner.

This is the worst courier service ever

This is the worst courier service ever. The orders aren’t delivered to the locker of my choice, next to my home. Instead, they randomly deliver to a distant locker, and you have to travel by car to get it. If you choose home delivery, you end up with the same situation, as the delivery isn’t made with a prior agreement, but on a random day and time. I haven’t chose onex, however, it was selected by temu, so I had no choice.

AVOID guys - Awful company - Awful Services!!!

As Georgians Say - ჩვეულებრივი საყლევეთია!
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the appalling service I have experienced with this crap company! I can't take my packages for about 1 month! The delays have been unacceptable, with no prior notification or apology offered for the inconvenience caused. I have made numerous attempts to resolve these issues through their customer service channels, but my efforts have been met with silence. Both chat service and phone lines have been completely unresponsive. AVOID AND NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!

The worst ever service

The worst ever service, where the only answer they have for their incompetence is, we are overloaded. Delivery literally is the only thing you do, if you’re unable to, don’t. The support never escalated anything, they just repeat the same lines over and over for any issue. This is just the worst service, I’ve ever used.
You’re never even notified before the delivery they just call you out of the blue once and if you don’t answer you have to go to the other side of the city to pick the delivery up. Just disgraceful, really disappointing.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience, the delivery took 3 months . Very unresponsive customer service, you cannot call them in case of the problems. I had a email conversations with them very non professional and non competent personal. I would paste here the conversation but there is no enough space.

It takes ages when the delivery…

It takes ages when the delivery arrives, especially in the case with TEMU! Had waited for a month till it arrived. They always have problems at customs clearance. Slower than just an ordinary post delivery! The only thing is that you have to pay for that slowliness! And the smell of the delivered items, clothes more exactly, is as if they'd stayed in the dampest and stingiest place! Have washed for a week and it still smells disgusting!The worst delivery service I've ever encountered with.

My order arrived to Georgia 6 days ago. And it still unavailable. I cannot get hold of them over the phone because “all RTP ports are busy”. They don’t respond to emails. Worse customer service ever. I will never use them again, and since they managed screw up my first order with them ever, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone using them.

I have ordered from them and never got the item

I have ordered from them and paid for an item which I never received. Instead of taking the blame for their wrong doing, they said that I should contact the manufacturer instead even though they are the middle man which is responsible. I would never recommend anyone to purchase stuff from here.

Onex.am Worst Customer Support , Worst Storage handlers , Worst "SMART" Functions

I've used Onex 60+ times when they have just started , but now after scaling up their operations they have become awful , Onex has no respect to the customers , making me wait in a queue for 2h30 mins and after all of this , they have said there is a big queue , we cannot find your item and come back later.

If that's the case why did you put that the product is ready to be received? A B C logic says that if there is surgency you hand out the products in batches, and a late product is 100% better then someone who goes in person and waits 2:30 hours and receive nothing.

Anyways , I Went to their Customer Service office and asked to open a case , they did nothing , they have promised me for a special delivery , still nothing.
Onex.am Customer support on the call cannot answer the phone and they don't have any problem solving capabilities , they just use a script that we will investigate and let you know.

This is my last encounter with Onex , I am gonna use another company that values its customers time.

P.S I am sure they are gonna reply now that please reach out to us to the email , and ofc it will take them ages to reply and they will answer with a macro with no real time solutions.
