I was disappointed by the lack of transparency. Customers are not given access to the bot settings, and some important details were only explained after payment. In my experience, buyers should proceed with caution and carefully research this service before making a decision.
Very disappointing experience.
I contacted the team many times regarding my concerns, but it often took more than 24 hours to receive a reply. Their customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful.
They do not provide customers with the bot settings, which means you have very little transparency or control over how the bot operates.
What is even more concerning is that they only informed us after purchasing the bot that it could take up to 3 months before high leverage trades are opened. This important information was never mentioned before the purchase, and had I known this beforehand, I would have reconsidered buying the bot.
After doing more research, I discovered that many other customers have experienced similar problems. Based on my experience, the product and service did not match the expectations created during the sales process.
In my opinion, this has been a very misleading experience. I strongly advise potential buyers to do thorough research and proceed with extreme caution.
