Great with getting issues resolved on time ver responsive

Extremely inflexible - I can't barely do anything on the site. Comparing it to a handful of established crypto platforms like Binance e.g., where there is a wide range of options and flexibility, not Juno. The company has not built a consistent reputation that encourages serious customers to use its platform.

How about customer service... Their agents are not trained and not familiar (enough) with the platform. Because of this they ill advise clients and provide misleading or wrong information.

Juno is inconsistent with their policies, they enforce them with some members, but not others. I have a lot of friends using it and we compare our notes - Juno is inconsistent and not a trustworthy option. I wouldn't hold my fiat or crypto on this platform. Be warned.

They took my mistake, cleaned it up and provided me with a bonus that any other company would have denied me.
They managed to turn me into a customer for life. If only 50% of other providers would do even half the job they did, I'm sure it would change the world! Keep up the great work. Integrity 100%!
Empathy - perfect! Timeliness - Amazing!

The timing it took to view my account and give me an accurate view of any transactions that could shown up or that I was waiting on.

Juno makes banking and crypto so easy as to be almost effortless. I had an experience just today that really reinforced my positive opinion of Juno. I noticed that their Doge deposit was undergoing scheduled maintenance. I sent a message to inquire about when it would be resolved. Normally, if I'm addressing an issue with a website's customer service, it's due to my dissatisfaction. Strangely, that was not the case today.
The fact is, Juno makes my daily crypto dealings so easy, and I have such trust in their service, that the idea of having to deal with another service to deposit my Doge is truly concerning, even for the very short period of time that Doge deposits are being maintained. The team does their job so well that they've made me fearful to make these transactions without them.
Since becoming a member, there have been a handful of times that I've needed to reach out to the team and I've never seen my concerns go unresolved and it's always been done in a satisfactory way. If they have a policy or a part of their system that has ever impeded my business, I've never been told to just accept it or to follow the rules. They want to know what they can do to make my experience better, even to the point of working outside of some of their own policies and rules. It's a level of customer service that is now almost extinct in business. I'm not saying that you'll never encounter a problem with Juno. Every system is going to have a few impediments. What I'm saying is, when you do encounter the inevitable obstacle, the team is eager to learn how they can either help you navigate the obstacle or, if possible, eliminate the obstacle altogether.

I tried to deposit #1,000 in my Juno Cash account but it was rejected as a High Risk. Eventually, the problem was remedied. Customer Service Rep. Sampreetha as always was extraordinarily helpful to me.

Good idea, bad product
They have a great idea, but they don't deliver it well. I've only had problems and there's virtually no customer service to speak to. If you do get someone, there is a high chance they don't know much about their platform and it won't be helpful.

For example, I used to be able to buy USDC, but all of a sudden they stopped allowing me. My acquaintances can, but they can't tell me why only some coins are available. I transferred thousands of $$ to their platform but wasn't able to buy crypto, then I wasn't allowed to transfer the money back out and it's stuck now.

No bull shot just fixed issue and that was that.

Easy to use! a smooth and user friendly interface! Hands down the best! Way better and cheaper than coinbase cash app and paypal

Supriya was AMAZING helped out with my concern quickly with care and courtesy!!! Made sure my issue was resolved quickly and even followed up after to make sure I did not need further assistance!!! Juno is amazing great card great rewards interest rates and real cash back!!!!

My experience with Juno has always been positive. From the wonderful “above and beyond” customer service team that I’ve received numerous assistance from, to the quick and timely way matters are handled. They are always professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They respect my time and me as a valuable customer, and that speaks volumes. Kudos to the Juno team!!!

Juno is nothing short of the very best in FinTech Banking to date. They are a wonderful group of people who are trying to win medals from everything ranging from customer support (this is one of their absolutely, hands down, shining examples of what all banks should aspire to be like!) I habe had the pleasire of speaking to their head debelopers in the early days during customer group conferance calls on zoom and they are passionate about bringing customers the very best in banking… and they have delivered on almost every major request people have shown interest in having added… and everyone has the ability to esily submit their ideas for something they would like to see in future upgrades. They are always trying to bring the very highest value to the customer with regards to their crypto options that usually cost little or nothing to execute and they dont tac on any added network fee’s on top if the actual network fee. They also offer their own crypto coin as rewards for purchases… and they can be used for gift card purchases and such. They also have a list of big name business’s that they allow you cashback on as well, at the time of this writting you can choose 10 brands once per month to receive rewards on. They also offer up to 5% interest just for holding usd and sometimes they offer it on crypto as well. My absolute favorite thing with Juno is that my VA Pension arrives 5-6 days early most months and never is less than 3 days early for some reason! But I'm certainly not complaining, it a life saver most of the time! Their referral program is always very very good as a rule… i think i got 1
$100 and a bunch of jcoin when i signed up originally. Its varied since then, but they still offer an excellent reward of $25 and 10k Jcoin at the time of this writing i want to say? I habe also had some extremely catastrophic error’s that Juno’s Support team (especially a top tier rep named Vidyut) I had sent $1500 USDC incorrectly over the network and it didnt deliver correctly… most places say tough titty you’re out the money!… but he spent so much time, even his own time off the clock after work, dedicated to calling all the right people, talking to the engineers, developers, and management to find a suitable method for making sure my transaction was eventually routed back correctly to me! I quite literally saved me and my little family from eviction! This has been a consistent theme for me with Juno’s support staff… they whole heartedly deserve the highest award the industry offers for outstanding performance and going above and far beyond the standard vanilla service you have come to loathe at most banks! I know i come off as a gushing fan… and lets face it… I am for sure… but this is a review i have happily and gladly written. I do hope this helps others that might be on the fence or people that are curious about what Juno is all about find the best bank most have never heard of. All i can say is Thank You so much to everyone that has been so patient and helpful over at Juno. I look forward to seeing you all become a premier multi-billion dollar banking behemoth for all the right reasons. Your future is extremely bright my friends! Have a great rest of the day!
