I have just returned from vacation and your delivery company have stated they left the parcel at apartment 177. There is no apartment 177 in our building so this is not true. I haven’t received the product

Ordered a battery I thought would fit, but didn't. Return experience was easy/smooth; even with minimal Dutch language.
I will say packaging for the 2nd battery was less than ideal; especially compared to 1st shipment. Nothing more than some bubble wrap in a box that was 50% larger than the battery. Could have easily been damaged in transit; but was fine.

Positive experience
The battery ordered on the website arrived relatively quickly, in 4 days. Battery release date 3 months ago. Made in Germany. Was charged at 55%. During two days of use, there are no complaints about the work. The charge holds well. Delivery was to the right place.
