Easy to use and love that others can contribute. Great platform

Online-tribute is a very user friendly service. You have the ability to customize your page, and it is easy to organize. I like all of the extra features, such as a family tree, timeline, and an area where people can donate. I also like the fact that once you make the one time fee, the website will last forever.
When I had questions about the site, the help team was very quick in responding, and they were extremely helpful.

Great site for online obituaries: I love that they have nice templates (good graphics and fonts) to choose from, very easily adapted and editable to your own purpose and look (e.g., include the family tree or not). I created a lovely tribute to my mom and loaded tons of photos, which all slid nicely into place, despite being all different shapes (some of the sites only allow for a few photos: how could you pick out the best ones from a lifetime??). I had a few little glitches at the beginning, but customer service responded quickly and fixed it – everything worked perfectly.

Easy to use. The price is good, and it is really easy to update the page with new information. Other people can contribute easily to the memorial and add photos.

I was so impressed at how easy it was to set up the memorial page. It is also really easy to edit.

It is possible to use a photo or image of your own for the background; that the option existed wasn't easy to learn about in the marketing info but once signed up, the option is there. Since my loved one was a photographer, I was really pleased to be able to upload one of his own photos for the background.

The site itself is a beautiful (and easy) way to celebrate a loved one who has passed and provide a way for unlimited people to contribute through images, words etc. But it was the service supporting the site that really impressed. The messages I sent with questions before I signed up were answered promptly and really helped me understand if the site was going to meet our needs. But what blew me away was the fact that when I asked whether it was possible to bulk download all images rather than having to select them separately, they decided to do development to have that functionality added! Incredible response to a query and one that really saved us so much time and stress. Thank you for the care and for the beautiful opportunity you create for us to celebrate our passed loved ones.

I looked at a few online memorial sites and online-tribute.com seemed to have most of the features we were looking for with an easy interface. There were a a couple features that we didn't see and asked the support team. The response was exceptional! Within hours we go a response and within a few days the feature we asked about was available.

After working on the site, we had a few other features we were thinking would be nice. Although they couldn't fulfill every one of our requests (which we were asking for a lot), the support staff responded to let us know what could and could not be supported and ways to achieve what we were hoping for with what was available.

We couldn't be happier with Online-Tibute.com and the support staff there.
