For a first time coin buyer that doesn’t know how it works, the customer service agent I spoke with was so very helpful and kind and walked me through the whole setting up the account process and payment options and made my purchase a very positive and pleasurable experience. She even gave me her name and told me to call back and ask for her if I have any other questions or concerns. I got my Maplegram25 at an excellent price and have been made to feel very confident that with the insurance on my shipment that I’ll receive it just fine. I will be shopping at Kitco looking for deals again! Thank you!

Ive used Kitco in the past, however never left a review. The purchasing of metals is simply, easy! Kitco stays on top of the information and lets you know ASAP, ie: how the transction is proceeding between institutions, where you are in line when orders are being filled, They even tell when the order is being packaged!!! The Orders ALWAYS arrive ahead of schedule. NEVER BUY PAPER ! or you dont own it!

How to grow wealth
I've been a customer of Kitco since 2002. The best way to increase profit, like the stock market is trading. Physical holdings is fine for the future, but the spot is
too high for trading. I suggest using the Kitco Pool.
Buy low, sell when high. That means a constant watch
3-4 times a day will give you the edge in trading.

First time buyer
I was looking for some silver for my new adventure into collecting bullion coins. Went to the Great Deal sign and found some 1.5 ounce Canadian coins that had been reduced a lot. I didn’t want them for collecting so I ordered enough for my budget.

Straight forward company that will be a company I can deal with. Not a 5 rating as had a small confusion on web page ( but that may be me as 82 years old) but all worked out OK. Was reluctent to send review before had confirmation of funds being received - so that could be a little faster. But all good.
