I don't know what's wrong with their site, but the past few days whenever I try to take one of their surveys (usually through Survey Junkie, so I have no idea whose survey it is when I click on the link on the dashboard), I get an error. It always says "Please try again..." and "Answers not saved… We take answer quality and account security seriously. Our system detected that your answers to this survey could not be saved. This can happen if you rush your answers, your answers do not match your profile data, you are not in the designated country you signed up in, or you or someone in your household already participated in this survey. If you continue to get this page, we recommend that you clear cache and cookies before starting another survey. If this does not help, please contact customer support."
How can I have "rushed through" my answers if I haven't even taken the survey yet?? I have taken other surveys by them recently, but most of them I completed and got credit for. As for contacting customer support, it would be helpful if they actually included contact information. Apparently they don't like whatever I'm doing in regards to their surveys, even though I can't figure out what I could have done that was wrong. It's just annoying when Survey Junkie only has 3 surveys for me, and 2 of them are from this company and I get the same error every time.

Do NOT trust!
This is another company that partners with Branded. However, while Branded is a reputable survey site, SSI is a joke. They will send you survey invites and then turn around and refuse to let you take the surveys because they CLAIM your answers to previous surveys were "inconsistent". This is nonsense. It's really strange that Branded has me ranked as EXCELLENT but SSI gives me a song and dance about inconsistency.
