Online Auto Parts some good some bad

Online Auto Parts have some great parts and some rubbish. We have had 2 Timing Belt Tensioners fail on Customers cars. Thankfully no engine damage to either. The web site is hopeless. I usually find the part on their Ebay store and then use the part number on the web site to order. But the Web site often says the part will not fit the car the part actually does fit.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good…

Unfortunately I didn't have a good outcome with them. I was after a Toyota aurion presara deshboard and one of the wreckers say we can assist you with the dashboard, I ask them can you send me a couple photos from the dashboard before I purchase it, they send me one. After I ask them can you send me an another photo from the right hand side. I never get it and this a third day. How can I do a business with someone who's unreliable.

Part I needed was in stock and was ready to pick up. I even requested the guy at the counter measure it for me for peace of mind , very helpful.

Awesome service

I have purchased parts on multiple occasions with online Auto parts and delivery had always been prompt and parts correct..I would highly recommend them as a great parts provider.
