I order for midnight cake delivery , paid extra for midnight delivery as well. But they sent cake next day 2 pm. Delivery was not polite at all. I refused to accept cake due to late delivery cause after time it is not as valuable.I waited at until early morning for cake.
Later on I mailed trice for cake money refund . Called once although they never apologized ..just similar shrugged off saying it was quite rush . So much rush which delayed for 14-15 hours. I never got response for my mails .
I am not sure if I should stay hopeful ,if there is still some equittate is left and one day I will get my refund.

You not only spoiled my moment but also made sure I never ever consider your service.

These guys dont understand 1 simple thing.....if u have asked for night delivery it implies its 12midnight... birthday....not before that....
Then if u ll choose 11am-1pm....they ll deliver at 10.30 am itself....u ll ask them to call before delivery....they wont....they have just increase there no.of deliveries...they dont care about ur instructions....not recommended anymore....

perhaps the fastest delivery I've seen so far in Delhi NCR- within 30 mins flowers got delivered.

Since 2yrs m using your services.. Cake quality was awesome.. Only one feedback I need to share, regular customers should get 10% discount all the time, incase they want to your 2 time in the same month.

I booked this cake through online chat. The contact person was very cooperative and made the cake according to my choice. Very delecious and beautifully made the barbie doll cake.

I absolutely loved the cake with both the design and the taste. I received a lot of compliments as well! The taste of the chocolate was very authentic. Thankyou Online cakes for adding more sweetness with your stupendous cake in our eve.

Very pooooor service , Order was not delivered , I had tried multiple time on customer support number, But No one is picking my phone / I had made a plan to surprise bday party on my husband bday/ But they did not delivered order Even I had payed online in advance.Please do not order/they will not delivered your order and your money and time will waste.

I have ordered bunch of 10 roses & heartshape kitkat gems chocolate cake to surprise my wife on our anniversary. I have received my cake and flowers on time, cake is soft and delicious and flowers they have arranged are very nice, even more beautiful as compared to the displayed pic. thank you for making our day very nice.
