My experience with them was awful. I have ordered a birthday cake 8 days prior to the date of delivery with pre-payment. On the date of delivery they have called and told that the delivery is not possible as my home is located in outskirts. The reason being it is in outskirts is my home far away from their baking agent. When I have asked to initiate the refund they told they would refund after 3–5 working days. They were sleeping for 8 days to know my house is in outskirts and left me with no other options in hand. I don’t know why they have charged the delivery fee? Utter useless.

I just impressed about their service. It's absolutely an amazing service. I just placed an order from outside of India for Gurugram and Kiran from online cake.in handle my order so nicely. How professional and cooperative she is! I am really satisfied about her way of dealing with customer. She helped me a lot to placed the order so promptly and properly.

I ordered 3 tier cake from USA to delivery in india. They delivered on time and customer service is great. Customer service chat is available in WhatsApp so easy to communicate with them. Will order from them again in future. I would recommend to anyone who wants to send from outside the country.

I ordered 2 kg fruit cake from here, it was very tasty and fresh.

Best and safe place to order last minute and get the delivery in less than 90 minutes. Freshly baked very soft cake and delivered exactly what was shown in picture. Very good work, keep it up!

I ordered cake first time, and experience is good for me. They delivered cake on time. and price is reasonable.
Taste was really good.

It was not as good as it was looking in the pic. Chocolate flakes from side were completely missing. So at least deliver whatever shown.

Cakes and pastries which are making here are best quality and hygiene. I must say that it is the best cake shop in East Delhi which gives you the premium quality.
There are different kinds of cakes based on your favourite flavours. It's very delicious and one must really try it........
