Still not posted when it's meant to be delivered!
I ordered some parts for my daughters car for her birthday and it was due to arrive in time. It said 3 to 4 days delivery, that has past and they still haven't been posted. What a joke! I'm never using them again.

Warranty Claim was Rejected
Warranty Claim was rejected on the basis that the Vehicle VIN does not match the OE Part Number and is unsuitable for the vehicle.
This is clearly not the case based on simple searches, and the replacement part is correct.
No Phone Numbers available, and online returns portal does not work correctly. Dodgy practices.

Supplied the wrong part
Supplied the wrong parts when the correct parts are ordered after carefully checking the part specification on there web site? If they had any intelligence or knowledge about auto engineering they would know the length of a track rod end is crucial. Trying to get the situation corrected is proving very time consuming with promises of contact not being fulfilled.
