This was a great experience dealing with the Online Clinic. The website was easy to navigate and ordering my medication which was Mounjaro was a trouble free process. I am glad they do free delivery although my medication did not come with swabs which is not a problem as Boots or other chemist will sell these. I could choose a date when I am available to receive it which is pricelss unlike MedExpress and it arrived in perfect condition first time again unlike MedExpress. I would recommend Online Clinic for hassle free ordering, delivery and definitely value for money. Thank you

Packaging was thrash
The packaging was not good . The medication was already soaked with the ice by the time I received it.
Work on the packaging
Dont just put it directly.

Rearranging delivery date and double charged
Tried to have subscription delivered early as I was going away on holiday. Despite arranging this weeks in advance, they waited until the day before the updated delivery to put the order on hold because *they* double charged me and then thought it was a new prescription. Did address the issue until after the weekend, by which time it was too late. Order arrived and was collected from post office, at room temperature.
