Arrived 48hours later and ice pack…

Arrived 48hours later and ice pack melted so I have no idea how the Pen has been stored.

I am very apprehensive to use it due to poor storage before receiving and the current heat wave!

I e mailed customer service and no wine has come back to me.

I wanted to take dose on Thursday and now I am 4 days outside my window!
