poor quality gel shorts the padding only covers my sit bones and does not extend to the front. So far I am getting ghosted on a refund - they don't seem to offer a full refund, but only let you know this after you have received the order. There doesn't appear to be a way to return the shorts. Lousy product.

Aside from a horrible returns policy…
Aside from a horrible returns policy (because items are made to order they won't refund for wrong size), I'm happy with the 5 items I bought. But they seem good quality and like many people I had to upsize 1-2 sizes. Yeah delivery was slow but just be patient. Australia Post takes longer to deliver and that's just between Australian cities! I think it was about 3 weeks before my items arrived. But once you have your size right, you'll know what to order going forward.

Is this place a total scam? I ordered bib tights and they’re way too big but there is no way to return them. The Shipping & Returns section on their website only talks about how slow and terrible their shipping is. Nothing about returns. I finally found a link to a return website which doesn’t work. I’ve called the number on the website, I’ve sent several emails. No one is returning my messages. I WOULD have exchanged it for another size but now I’m so fed up I would like to just return it. But I can’t! A bad business, do not engage.

I’m a very small person and upsizing still didn’t fit.
I’m a very small person, size 8 usually. Purchased size S women’s cycling shorts but they were way too small despite upsizing from the measurements. My husband is very lean, size 32 max with almost no body fat on his legs. He purchased size M padded cycling banana undershorts after upsizing also. They too were way too small, couldn’t get them around his thighs and the low rise nature of these shorts made them equally unwearable. Made contact with a customer service rep 2 days after I received them but I just can’t get a return address out of him. And not a full refund either, only exchange or 80%! And now it’s radio silence, no reply to my emails at all. This is fairly poor service, I’m not keen to shop here again. Buyer beware!

Took my Money but Didn't Deliver Anything
Placed an order on December 3rd and was notified it was complete & shipped on the 10th, but it's now the 24th and there is no tracking update... it's just tracking as "shipment information received" since December 10th with no update from OCG whatsoever. They claim "Standard shipping typically takes 6–11 business days", but we're well beyond that already long window. What a massive letdown for what was supposed to be my big gift to my wife. The site seems to be a scam.

Scammers, lousy customer service, run away!
It's been over 5 months since I ordered from them and I still haven't received my parcel. Customer service is pitiful, and after twenty or so exchanges it's clear that the agents are trained to avoid refunds and get you to drop the dispute. A real scam, this is a site I strongly advise against.

The customer service is terrific
The customer service is terrific. When I called and someone said, "Hello" I thought I had the wrong number. No wading through the stupid AI questions that won't allow "Other". Product was exactly what I wanted. Will be ordering their cute cycling jerseys for my grandkids as well. Give this small business a chance - prices are much lower than Canali, Pearl and all the other manufacturers that have to supplement their bike- and accessory-manufacturing efforts.
