Supportive and knowledgeable group of therapists for group and individual therapy Online

As always, Rya creates a safe space for me to open up and explore my thoughts and feelings and makes me feel less alone and I leave my sessions feeling more empowered and hopeful.
Rya is caring, compassionate and super knowledgeable. From my sessions I either come away with a new skill or new ideas on how to utilise the skills I already have to help me regulate my emotions, manage problem behaviours and/ or navigating life/ people.
