Wrong forms, bad customer service, they claim to offer a refund if not satisfied but never follow through. Avoid.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the outcome. During the conversation with the Support Team, you have explained that you needed an additional form, which was not provided. However, it was later determined that this was a county-specific form – not a state-wide one.
Please note that we do have a clear refund policy. As state and county guidelines change, we guarantee that you will file successfully using the paperwork provided to you if you do it within 30 days after receiving the forms or we will either get you your money back or make corrections in the forms for free. In this case, you have made a decision to file half a year after receiving the documents and our refund policy doesn’t cover such cases.
We do understand how you feel and that this situation is unpleasant. However, given that the forms are correct and the recommendations we made were not followed, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
