I was visiting Ireland for a few days when I developed a harrowing swollen throat. By day 3, I had a high temperature and my throat was covered in white specs.

I logged online, explained my symptoms, and in less than 1h I had my antibiotic prescription ready at the nearest pharmacy. It was so easy!

They send you a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect.

Definitely recommend for this type of situation!

I’ve tried to email, and use their online contact form on this website a few times. No response.

Anyone thinking of trying to get service, check out clause 5 under heading 10 if their terms of service;

“5. You release OnlineDoc from all liability with respect to any matter concerning the health and medical services facilitated through the Platform, including information provided to you about those health and medical services.”

OMG. To me this says “if we stuff up, give you bad advice, or hurt you in any way, it’s not our fault and we refuse to take liability for it”. They are TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH MEDCAL NEGLIGENCE!! Now, English is my first and only language. I was an engineer before getting sick 17 years ago, not a lawyer. But this clause cannot be legal. They can’t just override medical negligence law with one of their own policies!

I do not qualify for their cut and paste service anyway as they don’t prescribe the medications I need. As per usual. This is discrimination at the highest. We have Safe Script now, there’s no way for anyone to abuse or become addicted to any medication. Or have I missed the point here? Drs and pharmacists check this every time they write or dispense any medication. It’s virtually impossible to get too much of any medication (just the stigmatised ones I’m talking of here). Makes me so mad to be bedridden but the medication that could get me up and become independent is not available to me because I’m bedridden! And round and around we go.

Lucky they never responded to any of my messages and I haven’t wasted too much of my precious health on this run of the mill, standard, useless company. One that thinks they can trick people into signing away their liability.

Please everyone be very wary of this company that seems to discriminate against certain people, and somehow thinks they can get away with malpractice with a simple policy that they don’t think anyone will read.

These places are all the same. If you are bedridden and require a stigmatised medication to maintain your independence, please stay well away from this company. And if you have hearing or speech problems, like me, then you’re really out of luck on all accounts, as you will be at 99.9% of like these. I seriously doubt they will accomodate disability…. Assuming this is actually a real company not a placeholder website

Scam!! Dont use.
They make you pay first. Then send you a dodgy image saying they will contact you. Then never do!.
