The flowers were delivered without a card by the delivery driver, I let the company know who the same day delivered another set of flowers with the card - Excellent customer service - thank you

Ordered online, for Valentines Day, nothing was delivered, such a disappointment, terrible service, no response to whatsapp, no response to a call, no response to e-mail, eventually they answered the phone and said is it ok to deliver on the 15th.
Terrible experience, DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!!!

Surprise spoiled
Dear,
I have been very disappointed by the service provided and case resolution after that “onlineflowershop.ae” spoiled my valentine’s day\surprise!
To resume, on 10/02/2023, I ordered online a “Roses with Pearl” bouquet for delivery on 14/02/2023. I clearly indicated to contact me and not the person receiving the flowers as it was a surprise. But during the weekend, 11 and 12 February, my wife started receiving SMS messages from onlineflowershop.ae asking her to confirm her location! Not one but 3-4 messages! On top, it was indicated that she will not have anything to pay, thanks god ☹
I contacted the support following Monday 13/02, which answered very quickly. After explaining my case they apologize and just asked me if they should maintain the delivery or if I would prefer a reimbursement. I asked for the reimbursement, but I have been obligated to insist to get a “Full” one as my interlocutor was claiming that I will be charged 7% as mentioned in the term and conditions even if they spoiled my surprise.
Very disappointed on how I have been treated and the case resolution.
