I order flowers for womans days and i understand is a busy day but the person who was taking my order on WhatsApp told me that the delivery will be between 12 to 6, ask if is possible to make it at 2pm and they say they will try, the next days i send a message at 1:40 pm asking about the status of the flower and they told me they are on the way, after almost 4 hours i ask again i got no response, try to call and no responde, i got an answer with a phone number of Shibli Freelance and when i call to ask where are the flower he told me they on the way, when i ask him how long will take he just hung up the call, i speend more that 3 hours trying to contact any of you and nobady was able to give and answer, i understand it was a busy day but at least provide proper information about the status de delivery or at least picking up the phone, its was very unprofessional. the flowers arrived at 7:38pm

The order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered.
Instead they delivered it next day and nobody even bothered to inform the reason, till I had to call myself to check

delivered despite bad weather circumstances in the UAE.

I paid for delivery 3 to 6 pm and we received when the surprise and everything was most than over at 11.05
I will never order again from them, the customer service is even worst
They can only say sorry without to look for a solution
650 aed throw it in the garbage for nothing

I have been gifting my wife regularly on multiple occasions and this time I made the mistake of ordering from these guys. They were supposed to deliver between 9-6. After 6 I started to call and follow up. They attended the call 2 times. The reason of delay, because it’s women’s day and so too many orders and quite sure all delayed. Of course it’s women’s day that’s why I ordered it , otherwise why would people buy lowers ?Then I called them 12 times and nobody picked up. I had to leave home so I wanted to cancel and ask for a refund. I then sent an email stating the same. Finally at 9:30 the driver called and we were out of our home in a friend’s house which is on the same street a few houses away and he brought it there. If I were in a far away place I wonder what he would have done ? Place it outside the Villa ?? Anyways, terrible service , spoilt the day for my wife and me , so never going to order from them again. I don’t care if they improve or not, as far as I am concerned they should close the business and find something else to do that doesn’t require them to be on schedule !!

Everything was perfect! Flowers and chocolates were as pictured in the order and delivered exactly in the time slot picked! Would definitely use them again!
