I ordered chocolates on their site. Some person called Ctirad Ackermann sent me an email with a bank account to send money to. I sent the money. Then they tell me I didn't send it from a euro account, which I did, and there were additional charges. Then they told me it should not have been sent from the UK. They ask for more money. I ask for a refund. They send me back 80% of my money and keep the rest for themselves.

This ordeal took months as they barely write back.

I ordered Mozart chocolates. I only received a confirmation of order but never an invoice. I wanted to modify my order i.e. mail address - they never answered my mails and never picked up the phone when I called them whatever the day and time.
I sent a cancellation of order- no reaction.
A bad experience.

Trying to buy some Mozart chocolates for a friend living in Spain. These people are terrible because they say delivery 2-5 days and have not replied to my emails asking have they sent the chocolates. Often companies in Austria and Germany have payment by bank transfers so I have no idea if I can get my money back. I am minded to fly to Austria myself.
