I ordered a pair of glasses and immediately canceled it.
I wrote an email.
They didnt answer for 2 days and told me then they already sent me the pair but forgot to send me the shipment information. Everytime i asked for the information they sent me the same copy pasted text with the same spelling error.

I had to ask paypal to get my money back and it worked.

If u want, i can send u the emails for reassurance.
Dont buy there, they are cheap glasses (there are more affordable on amazon[the same one]) and they want to scam u obviously.

Ordered recently. Need to contact the company but there is no mention of contact details. Need the delivery within Saturday as have gothic photoshoot on Sunday. Please help someone. I don’t mind paying extra for faster delivery. This is for my work so am worried.

Avoid avoid, sent wrong item and had to go through hoops to get this righted. A bit disgusting as this was the stores error. Had to return at own expense. Will not use again

Ordered a bracelet from online gothic (received within 2 days and to die for!!!)but went to another site to get my ring and necklace to save £3, well what a bad choice! after a load of faffing to get a refund from them and insults from the owner!! Very detailed and very good value for the price.

The ear cuff was a little big for me however after a small adjustment, it fitted perfectly. I totally recommend this.

My dragon earrings are big and bold with a beautiful emerald green gem nestled in his tail. I love the way that the wing follows the curve of my ear while the body of the dragon hangs below as if in flight. I couldn't have wished for a better dragon.
